I'm using the ViparSpectra PAR700W in a 60x90cm area. But I have a more elaborate post ready to put up tomorrow. For me to get a better light I'd have to go up to 200W of ChiLEDs but that would cost me 4 times the price which is out of my range.

I am a convert to defoliation to increase the yield and quality, check this out... There's only 10 hours between the defoliate and the shot the next morning and 4 of those hours are no light.

How do you deal with the heat in small area with those lights?.my grow can for seedlings and clones gets hot enough with just a 150w fluro
