Buds development

Hi lovely people,
Seeking for a piece of advise on the buds development progress.
I got a Royal Auto AK from Royal Queen Seeds,
If my calculations are correct - it's end of week 8 from seed.
Recently I got some growing issues, probably due to PH. It seems to me it affected the buds development rates...
It's my first grow, so no idea what size I shall expect...
There're around 12 bigger buds and some smaller growth spots
Appreciate every advice!

Any chance they could be getting too hot? See some light leaf 'tacoing' upwards. Otherwise, looking good !

Exactly what my thoughts were. However 250W HPS is actually higher than min distance - 30 cm. And two pretty strong fans - One blows above the plant and one facing the wall to create air flow.
