Checked before I left for work and it broke ground but it’s looking rough. My environment isn’t really suited to seedlings right now so hopefully it pulls through. Didn’t get a pic
Fingers crossed bud. I've never done 12/12 from seed before so I was worried too about blasting these babies with 600w hps. I tucked them in the far corner and they seem to be doing well, they all have kicked their shells and are getting a little bigger. I don't think I need to post pics today unless anyone is interested. good luck all and I cant wait to see some more pics of seedlings popping up.

Cool man, you could always cut a 2liter bottle top off and put it over it for humidity help..

I had to dig into my medium to see it they are even growing, they all got tap roots, WOOT. Should be 2 more days to break coco.
I did the same and one didn't crack :( . Down to 2 cups

Fuck this thread moved fast @Opie1971. I think I may have missed my entry opportunity! I'm only on page 6 and it's fucking Wednesday! My thread alerts weren't activated.
I'll be following along as well as Party Cupping it. But, take my name out of the comp. I do have cups and beans sprouted.
Gonna catch up on the thread see where you guys & gals are at.
Good luck all!

Damn...Now I'm at the end of the thread....lol After I posted,I kept reading. There was HOPE for me getting in for about 1 page worth of post!
Then, @Dear ol" Thankful Grower! came in and posted THE RIGHT thing to do. And my chances wrnt back to nill. lol fawk me!
I had beans soaked on Friday 10/27(always soak em on friday so hopefully they germ and pop by monday. OCD calendar)
Tails on 10/28,into peat pellets and cups on 10/28. Only 3 popped outta 6(old pollen chucks and bagseeds).
Funny shit, all I had to do was check the thread and take a fukking pic.

I foreshadowed my own demise.

"We're gonna roll with the "12" we got. Anybody else that wants to throw a couple seeds in cups to grow along with us for comparison are welcome to do so, you can even post weekly pics just like the rest if us, your just not eligible to win.
From yesterday's date, it's 9 weeks till Jan.1st, 11 weeks exactly until the next Cup Comp. That's one of the reasons I started when I did, so we could get some trial runs in, and have this done by then. Sorry if I've upset anyone."
No worries my entrys would have been questionable as theyre whatever runts i didnt wanna sort thru from my first breeding project ever lol.

So I reread the rules and didnt see an answer are we allowed to change cups throughout the comp . Like if I dont like the way I made holes in this cup in a month can I transplant into a new solo cup or does it have to stay in the same cup the while grow

Would prefer that you use the same cup from start to finish, is there any possible way that you can make your changes now? Or as you go?
