Congratulations. You spend roughly 85 times the amount of money I do, do roughly 8 times the amount of work I do and wind up with about the same result.I
I use happy frog soil and bought the whole advanced nutrients line. I grow several different strains but what I have learned is from the whole line of advanced nutrients what is effective is connsouir a and b, voodoo juice for roots, I keep ph at 6.5 and b52, I mix 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt to avoid magnesium deficiency and 8 ml of lemon juice to keep pests from the soil for veg. I cut the bottom 2 branches off and top at the 6th node and do not lollipop, when I switch to 12/12 after the flowering stretch I strip the fan leaves on the interior for light and air flow and use bud bud, carbo load, bud candy, nirvana and overdrive last 2 weeks. The rest I quit using, but I use 4 ml per gallon half recommended measurements during veg and 8ml per gallon from week 5 flower until flush. I use the fabric 7 gallon pots, yeild varies per strain but are very frosty and portent, 5 plants is generally a minimum of a pound and the max varies. They generally end up an minimum of 32 inches tall 32 inches wide per plant.
Northern lights is known for its yields and easy grow. I grow several different strains and thc on average 22 % and purple auto is average yield of 1 ounce I average 4 oz. 3 more x the yield. The nutrients are great for different strains in case of deficiency issues I'm proactive and do not wait if a problem occurs I like to be prepared, it avoids pests, mold, mildew, bud rot ect. Not to mention the nutrients last forever. The money does not bother me I have a good job and it's a great hobby i enjoy the time.Congratulations. Lol I'm in the same boat as you.Congratulations. You spend roughly 85 times the amount of money I do, do roughly 8 times the amount of work I do and wind up with about the same result.
Sure, your both right I actually ran a trial with nutrients and without and I had better results without nutrients and with nutrients added, my best results have been with using well water no nutes honestly but the nutrients line gig is a scam, they are great to have if you hit a deficiency but with good soil and household items your grow can be very successful and a great harvest with a seed and tap water lol. I prepare for the worst myself it may be wasted money or it may save the day at some point.Lol I'm in the same boat as you.
My last plant I pulled down gave me 11 zips of rock hard nugs. All I used was 3 gallon smart pot with coco and mega crop.
