Shes growing very slow, shes already 2 weeks old and idk what to do about her. Growing all mutated, and the new leaf set is coming out the side. Should I just cull it or should I give it a chance and see what comes from her

It's in a soil cocoa and vermiculite combo under a high output t5 florescent

A little water daily if it gets dry, 12 inches away from fixture

I usually dont until after it has developed it has developed it 3rd leaf set. It's just so wierd looking

It's coco. I'm pretty sure you need to feed from the start.

Oh shit, I should have mentioned that the soil is happy frog potting mix. I thought there was a little bit of nutrients in the soil. Enough to keep going for a while
