6oz bud+trim BHO run

6 ounces of mostly bud with trim (LSD25 by fast buds)- running it through a 20” 2” wide tube. It’ll be my second bho run....

I ran all trim the first time and used (3) 300ml cans and yielded 7.5grams. I didn’t weigh the amount of trim I used.

How many cans should I put through with 6 ounces of mostly chopped up bud?

I have a preference for using finely ground and completely dried bud. You get much more in the tube and will probably go through less butane. Just make sure you start the column with some course/barely ground bud. It acts as a filter and limits the amount of fine stuff you get in the product.

I know some disagree with me on the drying the bud completely. For RSO having wet frozen bud makes sense but not for BHO.

Do you just blast until it starts to come out clear?
