Please help my ph problem

Its not there, i triple checked the website and thats the only chart on there, i just edited out the town name.
Anyways the plants seem to be doing great.
i havent been adjusting the ph of my nute solution. my current mix is this. i fed yesterday (every 3 days).


-1 gallon tap water in a milk jug with the cap off for at least 48 hrs
- 10 ml bio vege
-5 ml canna rhizotonic
-10 ml cannazyme
-1 tsp GO calmag+ ( 1 tsp light feeding 2 tsp heavy feeding according to the label )

i did not adjust the ph, i checked it and it read 5.92

all the new growth looks great. i feed half gallon per plant. i get maybe 10% runoff roughly.

the runoff is now right at 7 for both plants.

what i ASSUME is happening is by putting the nutes in at 5.9, the roots are able to use the full range of ph while the organic soil “pulls” the ph back up to default (ph 7) which was not happening when i was adjusting tge ph of my nutrients to 6.6.
Does that sound right? anyways plants look great now. im not in a rush to flower, but when should i start it? both plants have preflowers and the tiny hairs coming out of the pistils, which i have read indicates readiness to flower. i want a decent yield though so should i wait longer?

that's far from a complete report, i've seen them with a LOT more information, all the dissolved minerals listed, any pesticides or chemical contaminants.....

i live in a small town, guess they dont do anymore than that

Hard to see but i also supercropped a branch into the middle of each plant just to practice the technique. the total height of

the big plant is only 6” tall, small one is approx 5” tall

HLG 260 is set at approx 25% power and is 36” away from the canopy

glad to hear that your plants are doing better. they look nice!

i would keep vegging, keep going with the LST, forget the mainlining. quit cutting off leaves/branches. you say yourself you don't know what you're doing, i highly doubt that flying blind is going to increase your yield. and how would you know if and what did? it's your first grow, let the plant grow and watch it. then if you want to try mainlining on your next grow read up on it. same with supercropping. it's only necessary if you veg your plants to tall. i can see they were topped once and thats great, beyond that the LST with the twist ties you have there is the perfect training method to practice for a first grow, and is really the only training method you need to grow great big bushes!

don't flip to flower until the plants are completely healthy and growth is vigorous. the only way that will happen is if you stop messing with them!
its especially important not to overwater (don't water based on how many days its been, water when your soil is BONE DRY and you'll get healthier more vigorous root growth as dry soil encourages them to seek out water), and not to overfeed (which i worry about, 25ml + 2 teaspoons = 35ml of nutes in 1 gal of water. that is more than i give my plants that size, or any size for that matter)

remember, keep it simple!

i already have it mainlined, everything was already trimmed in the pictures, now is the time i just am going to let them grow into the lst until like you said they get some vigourous new growth.

oh yeah related to that, is it impossible to over feed with the BIOCANNA line anyways?


i water by days kind of but also by checking the weight of the pots as well. usually 3-4 days and they are good. i have noticed i think the bigger one seems to be drying out faster maybe? or am i just thinking that in my head?

when checking the first 2 inches to see how dry the soil was i noticed the roots are right there, the big plants roots are coming out the top is that good or bad or normal?

oh i see. 573ppm not as much as i thought it would be, though depending on your meter is still a bit of nutes for a young plant in my opinion. i'm sure its okay though. it is definitely possible to overfeed with organic nutrients however!

if the plants are in the same sized containers, the bigger one will dry faster that makes sense. roots close to topsoil is normal. can even grow above soil. it is natural in all plants.

sounds like you're on the right track! as long as you don't do anything to stress them out they should be growing vigorously within a few days to a week.

There will be a water report but it will be for the area you live in not the town.

I think your finally getting ph, the runoff will be a lot of crap and mineral from the soil, it is highly inaccurate but ine thing some of us have done is that it gets to a few thousond ppm like 5000 we would assume we are overfertilizing. This was for chem ferts only not organic and we soon get over this stage because we get it dialled in so no need to check.

This isnt meant to make you check runoff or ph, simply ignore it and give the plant what makes it happy.

Ph and that was never your problem, learning that this stuff is irrelevant was and now i see your coming along some.
