There’s no legal requirement in oz for them to list it on the bottle but it hasn’t been banned in California yet so I’d say not.

Not really. It’s like saying tomato sauce contains 20% real tomatoes and then needing to list the exact species of tomatoes that make up that 20%, but in this case the tomatoes are a salt that contains more then one element. The GA tells your the % of each element in the mixture the ingredients tell you in what form they where added.

It gets dried and washed as well. If you chuck a big mound of straight seaweed in your compost salinity will go through the roof

Looks like mostly mono potassium phosphate, with a few other salts to boost the k amd Sulfur levels. For reference natrium sulfate is sodium sulfate. Also can understand why the dosage rate is so low, 300g of nutrient salts per litre of water
