i read it through a few times, in the course of research....i went to church 3 times a week with my grandma growing up...just because i think it's a crock of shit doesn't mean i'm ignorant....i have all the same info you do...i've just drawn different conclusions from it than you have....apparently religion says ot's ok to be condescending and insulting....i seem to remember reading something about turning the other cheek....not spitting in someones eye
If you feel attacked by words, then you're "triggered" and that's your problem and not mine.

Here, let me see if I can give you a glimpse of something much bigger than any words or ideologies.

You are not the Thinker, you are not the one who is thinking inside your head, that is your ego, it's a clever little devil.

Can you for just one second become aware of all the empty Space around you, you will not be able to hold Presence for very long at first, but if you can become aware of Space as often as you can remember, eventually your mind will cease to control you, the compulsive thinking stops, you recognize your true self as pure Awareness, as it were. There is no time, the ego is obsessed with past and future and spends the majority of it's time thinking about them, snap out of it, snap out of satan's spell and be Present, just be. Welcome to Eternity, welcome to Paradise, welcome to the kingdom of heaven.

If this sounds like insanity, then you will dismiss it and live the rest of your life in darkness, but if you understand it, then the awakening has begun, it is irreversible, pay close attention towards Enlightenment, come and dine with me in Paradise.
Wall of trash, didn't bother reading it.

well, no...a trigger takes two....one to pull it, and one to be the target of it....and pulling the trigger leaves you open to having the trigger pulled on you....don't put all the responsibility in a two party conversation on one party...that's never the case....

how do you evaluate something without examining it first? that shows a shallow, bigoted mind, closed to anything it doesn't feel comfortable with....which seems about right.....
i'm pretty sure if you went and found some christians, they would be happy to tell you that you aren't one, and they'd also be happy to try to teach you what it is actually about....since you don't seem to know. i'm not a christian, but i've spoken to them, known them, talked to them, and know what it is they want.....which doesn't seem to be what you're trying to achieve.....christians don't attack people for not agreeing with them, they don't criticize people for not being familiar with their philosophy, they try to "enlighten' others....so while you may own a bible, you aren't very christian

Don't overextend your world view. You don't know enough about Christianity to decide who is, and isn't a Christian.

my "beliefs" are my own, i've pretty much made them up as i went along. it works for me, but not only do i not recommend it for other people, i don't even want to take the time to explain to them what it is i believe exactly....it's taken me 53 years to come up with it, i don't have another 53 years to explain anything....
so...i don't believe in demons and angels, so i don't think they exist with us on earth, or anywhere else.
the whole concept has always confused me a little....God is an all powerful being, who can manipulate time, physical matter, and the forces of life....why does he need a cadre of angels to do anything for him?.....¿ same with Satan.....second most powerful being in existence, most of the same powers as God....so why all the little guys with pitchforks? is it just more festive?
Ironically, Satan is a key player.
All he has to do is quit & it would fuck everything up.

No more "good vs evil" if evil takes the ball and goes home...

Believe whatever you want. I don't care if you believe Jesus was a transgender furry sent to bring joy through cosplay and yiffing. Just leave your bullshit beliefs at the anime convention and out of public policy.

Also, protip. Don't screw while in costume. Otherwise you ruin that awesome costume you spent hundreds of hours making.

Doesn't work that way, pinko.

well, yeah, actually it does work that way. you believe what you believe, and other people believe what they believe, and none of you can do a damn thing about it, except kill each other.....and doesn't it seem silly to kill each other over personal mythology?
wouldn't it be a better idea to tolerate the beliefs of others, as long as those beliefs don't hurt anyone? no one says you have to believe it....just tolerate it....mind your own business, and expect for others to do you the same courtesy in exchange.

Except it doesn't work that way. I live in America, a god fearing constitutional republic and guess what - Christianity isn't going anywhere because a wave of mentally ill voters decide Christianity is incompatible with their world view.

well, who said they were? and i think you're just a little confused about the population of America. about 70% is christian, 6% are assorted other religions, and that leaves 24% atheist, agnostics, and various other unbelievers...that means in a room with ten people you might get 6 or 7 christians, one jew, muslim, buddhist...w/e, and 2 atheist....6 % of the population is more than it sounds like, and 24% is a good damn bit...too much for you to dismiss them, or ignore them....christians deserve to be represented in government, exactly as much as any citizen deserves to be represented, regardless of their religious preferences.

and on a totally different point....how do you know christianity isn't going anywhere? there have been hundreds, if not thousands of "faiths" that no longer exist...and all of their followers thought they were part of the one true faith...but they're gone...i honestly don't see christianity going anywhere soon, but all it would really take is a war with china and christianity would suddenly be in a small minority.....

You're delusional if you think that you come off as reasonable, or even lucid.

you keep saying that....but you don't say why.....tell me why i'm delusional? then prove your statements....do a little searching for examples....show me how i'm wrong...and i'll at least consider changing my opinion.....but not even fucking close to on your say so......

Yeah ttystickk, except I've had a coffee cup slide off from a shelf from behind where I was sitting before, it grinds down the edge of the table it was on and it hits the floor with an unnatural amount of force and sound, I was with my 9yr old niece at them time.

Trust me I wasn't imagining things as I'm cleaning literal and physical glass off the floor from a coffee cup that was 10- 12inches from the edge before it fell, level ground table, no earth quake, no one else in room, the damn coffee cup moved quickly out from nowhere bro!!! and it hits with force and startled both me and my niece.

I cannot be un convinced I'm afraid, but thanks for your reply.

------------------------------------------------------------

One night I was sleeping in a blacked out room, no clock, no street light, (not even a single glow from an tiny LED bulb, nothing) I have a sleep disorder and I was very vigilant to black to room completely out for my own health and deeper sleep, at least that was the goal.

So I was passed out asleep with my old GF at the time, when I suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, and I could see the entire room, corners of the walls, bed, I hear my GF breathing/ snoring and I move my head to see my girlfriend asleep next to me, I saw the door way, look the entire room and everything was visible as if a 2-3 watt led flashlight was on.

So here's what happened, I woke up, there is a Orb, a literal Orb resting on top of where my head and chest are at, the Orb was half way into the bed like my head was in the center of the Orb and the glowing light penetrated where I was at entirely.

There was this shimmer to the light that was around my upper body , like a haze glowing that looked like an electric force field like layer that made up the out edge of the Orb (succubus?).

Now when I woke up I could not inhale, something was keeping me from breathing in air, but what was strange is that there was no panic feeling and it was like something had soothed me to when I was not concerned, the thing is I could move my head left and right & up + down.

I was only awake for 10 seconds or so then passed out again, I woke up the next day all normal, I don't have breathing issues, no breathing machine, never again has this happened, been 8 years so far.

I should add that this haunting was part of a string of events following the passing away of my GF's father in the hospital, we where haunted at the hospital before the story above with the Orb took place.
Maybe you live near or on top of what they call a "ley line"? You may be more susceptible to these "subtle" energies. They usually come on around 3AM(The Witching hr)

It's come out now that the story of "Jesus" is a copy of a copy of a copy. Same story with Isis and Osiris and Horace(Jesus). Lots of info out there now.
But there is a reason this story has been around for 1000's of years.

Christians are a minority in America.

"Non-religious" is now the majority.

Not sure if that means atheist, or just don't give a fuck.
