What I would have to do it tape or glue a couple of layer of cardboard into a box with just being enough holes that would hold those tubes in place while being shipping. Not sure if the crystals will work as I've been them expand to be pretty big https://www.amazon.com/Medium-absorbing-crystal-polymer-Insect/dp/B0051V40AOThose look like they’d work awesome.
I was just thinking of having custom made boxes to hold those but cheaper to just used double sides tape and spare cardboard. Actually if you put the vile through a piece or cardboard you could just wrap an elastic at the bottom too keep it from falling out.You could use wax to seal the opening then tape it to the side of the box to minimize jostling
Not sure what the IBA in the Clonex would do if it sat in it for say 4 days shipping.Ive been keeping these for a few years every time I get the wife flowers. What if you put a bit of clonex in it? Or would it turn the stem to mush if it was soaking in it for too long?
Or Olivia's - time to testNot sure what the IBA in the Clonex would do if it sat in it for say 4 days shipping.

Use Aloe Vera plant juice ... old hippy trick for rooting clonesOr Olivia's - time to test
Aloe is supposed to be the best organic clone agent. I tried raw honey once and only 1/5 rooted, side beside with Wilson's root stimulator that 5/5 rooted. Clones all from the same plant.Use Aloe Vera plant juice ... old hippy trick for rooting clones
I think it would work for shipping cuttings no issue
I did a test a few months ago with aloe juice against crappy tire rooting hormone powder ... pretty much even on rooting times, within 2 weeks with no failures on 10 clones (5 cinderella 99 and 5 california hash plant using each method)Aloe is supposed to be the best organic clone agent. I just did 3 trays of clones with that new rooting powder they all carry. It was the red lid white bottle pink powder stuff now it’s all black promixs pink powder. Turn your heat mat way up leave it on 24/7, table spoon of rooting powder in the water and 1ml/l of grow food, soak your pucks with that and if they dry up add the same water to them I see roots in as little as 4 days, 80% by 6days and almost 100% by day 8 always a few that don’t root for me.I did a test a few months ago with aloe juice against crappy tire rooting hormone powder ... pretty much even on rooting times, within 2 weeks with no failures on 10 clones (5 cinderella 99 and 5 california hash plant using each method)
A bit more involved using aloe as you should soak your cuttings and the pucks or whatever your rooting medium is with aloe juice water for a day before actually popping the cuttings into the pucks whereas with the rooting powder from crappy tire (6 or 7 bucks) is much quicker
Never tried honey, heard you can use cinnamon and even crushed asprin powder
You can send one or some to me .Who wants to do a un-rooted cutting shipping test? lol
Wonder if polymer crystals that hold water would work in it to make it even more leak proof.

I don't use a heat mat ... no need as I'm in no rush for my cuttings to grow feet and a heat pad tends to push one or more cuttings over the edge into wilting and deathI just did 3 trays of clones with that new rooting powder they all carry.
