Switching over to flowering

So it's getting close to that time to flip over to 12/12, but I'm not sure how much they will stretch, therefore I dont know exactly when to start flowering.
I was planning on going 5 more days, and it would be 6 weeks since they broke through soil.
The one plant hasn't really grown out its secondary branches much yet. (Plant on right) so I'm worried that if I dont give it more time, they won't reach the top and it will just be a few main colas, and wasting a lot of space. (Yes I've been leaf tucking/ tying/training to get more light to those secondary branch sprouts, but the leafs are just so wide on that plant in particular it's so hard to get light down below.
Any opinions on when I should switch to 12/12? Maybe go longer than 5 more days? Orr.
Any input is greatly appreciated! Thank you

Always best to plan on a plant doubling in height during flower.

I'd be flipping now if it was me, depending on how much height you've got to play with.
That's going to be huge when you flip

I honestly don't have much height left
Haha I have room for them to grow up about 6 inches past the screen.
Maaayybeee, a couple more inches, but I'd rather not have the lights right on the roof of the tent haha.
I was also worried that I might be letting them veg too long haha.
So if the common input is to flower now, I'll flip em tonight

My tent is going to be packed to the limit... hahah and to think I was going to wait 5 more days..

You have plenty of screen left to tuck and weave. I am usually still training until the 2nd week of flower when i scrog.

Yeah that's how I planned to do it.
I'm just thinking, I'd they do end up doubling in size, or even close, its going to be packed in there.
Not necessarily a bad thing, as long as I can make room and squeeze everything in.
At what point do you usually clear under tha canopy?

Wtf I just looked under the bottom of the pots and theres a couple roots grown out like 5 inches out of the pots!!!
Should I worry?
I literally cannot transplant again with the scrog set up, and not to mention I have absolutely no room to transplant if I could.
I just flipped them over to 12 12 yesterday

2 days after being flipped over and I'm literally watching grow by the hour. It's going to be a tight fit.
