I just want say I had a lot of things like you happen to me and atlnot only gave me my pack back he gave me exstra free one...there cc I will say sucks no way around there old one was great!! And bro 1 seed out of five it happens but it’s one seed...lol it’s not that big of a deal not to mention out of them all Oregon elite seeds,Neptune,Platinum,the seed source,California seed bank,heavily connected,elite genetics,sour patch,seeds here now,sol seeds,horror seeds,British seed co,Manchester seed co.,elaleph seeds,Sensi seeds,Original seed store,herbies,the dank team,attitude seeds,lumberjack seed source...and many more out of them all Greenpoint seeds has done everything and more better than any of these banks and I go threw them all!!...if green point carried more genetics they would be the best bank hands down!!!!

Sorry to necro this old thread, but the questionable things currently going on at GPS definitely deserve more attention.

The only reasons I went with GPS over other seed companies (good customer service and gold nugget rewards) have officially vanished.

Gu is now personally refusing to honor previously saved gold nuggets. Nuggets that were in NO WAY received through the purchase reward glitch are also being mass deleted with NO warning, NO recourse, and NO offer to redeem.

I really don’t like discussing things like this publicly, but I have already exhausted private options.

Also, I feel it is important this be brought to light for possible new customers, as a negative change in the GPS attitude toward customer service relations is definitely currently occurring.

It really is a shame. After over a year of exclusively GPS, I am now forced to move on to other more consistent, more reliable, and quite frankly, more honorable seed companies due to these recent, truly questionable business decisions.

Damn been away from roll it up for a while! But now I’m mad I just bought a bunch of packs from him! Ugh just to name a few gelato #45 fem, jelly pie ,bodega bubblegum, tomahawk, sky warden,hibernate, doc holiday, and some older ones like monster cookies & yeti etc.... you guys are telling me all these packs are trash?? I have a gelato flowering now and a jelly pie I guess I’ll see what they look like in a few weeks

any fems are trash. Look up grow reports for monster cookie crosses. While at it, look up, and looking up, I mean find grows of em and see what folks say. Look up the red headed stepchild crosses too. Jelly Pie is the one everyone wants now, so I'd say that one good. but do some research on those other males. Stuff with his stardog male seems to be ok, hit and miss. But trash the fems, contact him and get a replacement.

yea a small percentage of those were good. Where they at now? Did it make a mother plant? How bout them red headed stepchildren, how many of those would make a mother plant? TBH, i'd rather have the monster cookie crosses than the stardog dom plants you get now, but jmho.

He gave people a choice if they wanted nuggets a refund or replacement seed packs tell the whole truth... I chose new replacement packs of seeds ... over nuggests or a refund

He did not give people refunds. They had the choice between replacement packs or nuggets.

Then he got rid of everyone’s nuggets.

Then why did he offer it to me?, he gave 3 options cash refunds, nuggets or replacement packs .... you had to mail the bogus S1s back to get the cash refund.

Haha. So you have to mail back bunk seeds for a refund? Sounds like he technically offered a refund, but knew nobody would take it.

He gave people the choice of replacement packs or nuggets. And that was only if the people he ripped off found out and contacted him. There was zero notification to the customers. As for what you say you found in every pack I couldn't care less. You seem to of misread the title of this thread. It says "no longer dealing with greenpoint" not " who loves the taste of red pubes".
