Guessing it's passed and signed into law by June 2019 we should have it operational by June of 2020. You forget, part of how IL worked is an IDPH and governor who were hostile towards the MCPP.for everyone that thinks recreational will save us. Michigan voted on it in November, went into effect that its legal this week. However they do not expect licenses for retailers to go out for at least another year and don't expect retail shops to actually sell it until sometime in 2020.
I fully expect that Illinois will pass the law for full legalization next year, however I do not expect it to be in any retail stores until 2022 or later with the way our state works!
Cool. mine should be soon then.I just got someone on the phone .

On another note
Just had JustCBD gummies .1000 mg jar
Sleepy time.
Ok since we’re all friends here. I’m getting my card for back pain and I’ve never been able to sleep after consuming cannabis. It just makes my mind think more. Does straight CBD help sleep for people like me? If I use cannabis before bed I’m looking at another few hours chillin. Yes Indica too.
I have sleep issues too, though mine aren't pain-related so YMMV. I do find that CBD helps me sleep, and either minimizes or eliminates my bouts of insomnia. I've tried straight CBD (tincture & vape), CBD 1:1 (vape & edibles), CBD 2:1 (vape & edibles). In my experience, I get more relief when there's THC in the medicine (1:1 or 2:1) and slightly less when it's just CBD alone (some people call this the "entourage effect"). But as TrailblazerTony said, much of this will have to be trial and error.Does straight CBD help sleep for people like me?

Ever try Rick Simpson Oil? I am trying to come up with a way to Ingest it without getting sick, I here it tastes awful. They said mix with Coconut Oil, that does not sound Tasty to Me. Got the 1 to 1 in a Syringe. I want to try some Vaping of this Stuff too. The Pharmacists are Very High on It! No PUN IntendedI have sleep issues too, though mine aren't pain-related so YMMV. Two terrific-looking sativas. Effects should be energizing, uplifting, and happy. Great daytime strains.Durban Poison
I’ve had both and they are great. I use sativas in morning. Hybrid after lunch and indica at evening. I’m blessed to have access to med grade goods but getting my own legally is going to be even better. Two terrific-looking sativas. Effects should be energizing, uplifting, and happy. Great daytime strains.
The insomniacs amongst us should probably stay away from these at bedtime, though. Indicas and CBD-heavy strains are often the preferred nighttime strains.
Forgot to say I quit smoking over 7 years ago at least. Moon rocks don’t vape well. I tried... Vaping flower and low temp live resin dabs mostly (no pesticide crap from black market) I don’t eat much edibles since it will not let me work. (Lazy) just on special occasions. You can get these also, Moon Rocks also called Caviar. I got 44 Good Solid Water Bong Hits from a $40 Rock, for reference. And it was the Best Pain Relief so Far. The Good Stuff is Expensive which sucks for Us. If it becomes Legal, It will help us to Much better be able to afford to treat our pain issues. I was in Oregon in July, and it is less then Half of What I pay here.
A handful of those gummies give me a good nap.Ok since we’re all friends here. I’m getting my card for back pain and I’ve never been able to sleep after consuming cannabis.
