If you are growing waterplants, you should.
But as you are in a cannabis forum, you probably should not.
Why would you want to do it in the 1st place? What were your thoughts or ideas?

Roots can not absorb CO2.
Roots can only absorb water, nutes and oxygen.

CO2 tabs are a scam as well, for example.

Could you then explain - in general - what the link has to do with putting CO2 in your reservoir.
In the link they state that using dissolved CO2 could beneifit your plants if you would spray it on your leaves.

What happened to your opening post?
I got made fun of on another forum for this question to where i ended up leaving the group... Ive researched and im getting different opinions on the subject. But people were saying it was a kid question or i need to get some sleep or thats just stupid to ask so i didnt want to get it here too sorry

No need to say sorry.
You are mature enough to ask a question when you are not sure about something. That's a smart thing to do.
So don't worry.
Besides, there are plenty of people who buy CO2 tablets for in their reservoir.
The guy who sells them, made a lot of money from it. And his customers were not all kids. But they got confused and scammed.

Most plants growing on land can only absorb CO2 through stomata in their stems or leaves.
Where people get the idea that it might help, is because they read things about it on sites for aquariums. Waterplants absorb their CO2 from the water.

So keep coming with questions if they help you to become a better grower.
And fuck the haters!
