Ok. On the 23rd I bought a vaporizer from the site Vaporizer - Herbal Vaporizers. On the 24th I mailed them asking if they had a feature that enabled me to track my package, and an automated response came saying they were on holidays and would be back on the 29th. The 29th came, I sent several e-mails and no answer until the 1st, when I got the message that my package had been shipped and should arrive within 2 to 8 days. He doesn't answer my question about the tracking, so I send another e-mail the same day. Didn't get an answer until the 9th, a day after I sent an e-mail saying their customer support was a joke. He apologized and promised full tracking details on the same afternoon. It's the 13th today, and I am yet to get an answer. I have contacted the company that handles the payments to see if I can get my money back if the package never arrives, but they don't answer me either. What should I do? Is there anything I can do to begin with?

That's the risk you take when dealing with online companies.
If the company is in the US, then by law they have to ship you the item. The only problem is, sometimes companies rip people off because they know the product you bought wasn't worth you taking them to court over.

Call your bank or credit card company like the other fella said. Your bank would probably be the better one.

What if my mom has already paid for the credit card though? Meaning that the scammers already got the money. What if they just refuse to give it back?

Call the card company and ask for a 'charge back' say you never recieved the product the company will credit your account and open an investigation.

I take credit card numbers for a living, if a customer disputes a charge they credit it back, if the company then constests your dispute they recharge it and then you simply send the cc company a letter telling them you never received the product and the cc company will once again reverse the charge and the Vape company will have to produce evidence to prove they shipped your vape.

You can do a charge back with some credit cards right online.
If the card you used doesn't offer it online all it takes is a phone call. Most credit card companies allow you to charge back up to 6 months from the purchase date.

I would personally send him an email telling him that after repeated requests for a tracking number, they left you no choice but to initiate a charge back. End it with...'if I don't hear from you within 3 business days, you will leave me choice but to initiate a charge back'
That usually shakes them up enough to come to the plate.
If you paid by debit card it is a little more complicated to get your money back, but, it can be done.

are you for real? You got jacked! Call your credit card company and get that shit refunded. That sucks but you can kind of tell that website is bunk just by looking at it. Get a Valcano or one of those wicked rooks ones and buy it from the US. You could buy it from a physical store but expect to pay more cuz the store has much more to pay for tooo as opposed to a mail order site.

Go to a trusted site. Legal Highs, Glass Bongs, Pipes Head Shop
