Just checked Informed Delivery and IT’S HERE!!

MCO Appt. 8/31
App received I was told “mid September”
Card received 12/10

Thanks for all the encouragement. This thread has really helped me through the last 3 weeks. Hope it’s a busy week and I wish everyone good luck.

Yes , people were approved 8 days from my timeline on last Thursday , they should be getting close to October ! they were into September on The 4th / 5th of November

I tried calling to make sure I was approved, as of last Thursday, I was being processed, and I was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up.

Yup, nothing today. I don’t expect to get it until next week, but I want to make sure I was approved!

They tole me processing too, I think once they say the word approved then it ships, where is it printed in Illinois or out of state?

Just got on the phone with a super mice lady, hadn’t talked to her yet! She said I was approved, as of December 7th!!

Timeline:
Submitted and paid on 9/20!
Sent to review on 12/5 or 12/6
Approved 12/7
Card in hand: Soon (will update once I get it!)

My approved effective date was 11-28 and got the card today, took 12 days, so right in the middle of their 10-14 mailing estimate

Most of us aren’t complaining th about the wait time, what frustrates us is the lack of information. It’s frustrating when you call and get told ‘it’ll be soon’ and then another person does and they say ‘it may be another 2-3 weeks.’

It’s a lack of knowledge about what is going on in general, how the process works, and then add in that laws aren’t being inacted in the right time frame. I agree, if you just got your card, or it’s been under 60 days, no need to call, but when it’s been 75 days and they say you won’t be approved for another 14, and then the card has to ship, it’s a tad bit annoying

Yeah it might be annoying but with all your calling have u got any answer's? Or have u received your card faster? When I applied they said it was taking 110 days. So if ur at 75, and only have to wait another week or so that's way under the 110 they were at when I applied on October 18th. It will come when it comes. If there was a way to make it get here faster trust me I and everyone else would be doing it. If u haven't received your card in 90 days I would call to make sure nothing is wrong. But besides that I wouldn't bug them. And I understand that I'm only talking to a few out of 6000, but if there was a way to text them all i would. And I'm not criticizing, or trying to be mean. Just my opinion.

I did get answers, and helped other people who were thinking of calling. The only reason I called more was because there was no one in here, that was updating from like 9/10-9/20. I may not have not answers every time, but me updating on here and calling, helped anyone after me, and told them not to call. So I may have called a lot, but I think it told people after me, not to call.

And I only called because other people were getting their card before 80 days, so I thought the same time would continue, but it slowed. Not trying to fight or anything, this was just my thought process on calling.

my opinion is "Ring the Phone Off The Hook " ! there is No Reason for such a long wait time except for the current administration . I am not a Democrat , but Rauner is to blame. plain and simple . Ring that Phone ! and let the incoming administration Know there is A PROBLEM . He is Pro Cannabis , maybe he will fix it ?? It is suppose to be fixed , with the Temp Registration letters...where the heck are they ?? with more IDPH employees and Less Lag ! The Number of Employees now , each employee has 7 apps a day to do , there is 8 hours in a day , no background checks...should go much faster ! its slow , because They Want It Slow ...Call and Call and Call Again !
