Just checked your other posts and my advice, chill out man plants do wierd things and most the time recover. I've just had a bad case of spidermites the little buggers as I was out of town a few days and couldn't keep an eye in them.
They looked awful, but after being hosed down, sprayed with soap, washed off and left to recover for a few days there all doing great again.
My advice is don't panic everytime you think somethings wrong. Give them 24 hours and see how they are but if you did stress them making the change they will right themselves.
It's very hard to over water in them air pots but just make sure the water is draining through the soil and not out the sides of the pots(reason I stopped using them). A could chopsticks shoved in the soil and pulled out when watering will help to make sure the water drains down into the soil and not just floods out the sides.
One more thing, when watering are you leaving them stood in the run off? This leads to horrible salt buid up and also a good place for bugs to thrive. Again something else I discovered with air pots
