Upside down seed pop

I know it happens. Just wanting to know what others do when a seed starts pushing the tap root up instead of down.
I germinated two Northern Lights and one started to push the root up. When I planted them in soil from the wet paper towel, I made sure the tap root was pointing down. One came up fine the did a u-turn and poped the root into the air. I gently dug it up with mists of water and replanted it. But now is growing slow compared to her sister. Will it recover or will she always be stunted.

It should. I think that the top gets stuck on the husk and the root comes out first

It should get back up to speed, as she sets her roots properly....

Northern Lights eh? Rocking it old style....

Yeah I'm just hoping the flavor is what I remember. I like the older strains from the late 90s. I also have a jack herer.
