put it into a jar/s with a hygrometer for 24 hrs, bet it reads 70plus RH.

I know I freaked out this morning and thought it was springy and thought I was gonna over dry it, it’s out on a tray I’ll put in the jar in the morning

So they will be fine with humidity at 70+% inside.

As long as you've got good airflow it'd be better than mid 30s temps,that's just what I'd do if it was me

Yeah i got 2 pc fans intake and exhaust. So def will have good air flow.
