I am not sure what you mean by a CO2 distillation.
The cannabis material itself needs to be distilled, which requires (among other things) a good mechanical-pump vacuum.
Winterized BHO has not been decarbed and has a liability to crystallize, not unlike honey. A true distilled Cannabis oil won't crystallize.
You may want to try decarbing what you have. There will be some "heavies" but in a disposable cart you should be good for the entire charge. Bing! next cart.
I've been using uncut (no terpenes or other solvents) cannabis distillate in the CCELL carts and am amazed and happy with the result. My "pine sap" at last has an effective delivery system to release all that coniferous excellence!
Note that distilling necessarily involves a full decarb.
~edit~ Decarbing (decarboxylation) is efficiently done at 110 degrees C for about 10 minutes. This knocks THCA (which can crystallize) down to THC which does not crystallize. So a decarbed product is much less likely to block your cart ports.
