MOLD!

Hi guys.

I just noticed a lot of mold on the outside of my plant pots.
They are made of fabric not plastic.
My plants look really healthy and everything else seems fine. I am now 1 week into 12/12.
I use fertilizer 3 times a week 0.7liter per plant. (Each plant is in a separate 1 gallon pot)
I dont know if this makes a difference but i do use the correct ph level when feeding.

I will add pics of the mold attacking my babies.
Please help me save them.

Should I transplant?
Should I try to remove the mold?
Is it even safe to smoke this plant?
What should i do fellas?

Spray the outside of the pot with h2o2, I've had the same issue with fabric pots. A couple doses of peroxide should take care of it.

Thanks. I will try it!
How much should i use? I dont want to use too much and poison my plants or anything like that
3% H2o2 isn't going to hurt anything on the outside of your pots. Just use straight 3%, and you may have to spray a few times a few days apart. Probably a good idea to pull everything out and do a bleach wipe down too, just to be safe, but probably not mandatory.

peroxide isn't gonna kill your plants put 4-5 cap fulls in a gallon jug see how that does to be honest I think its salt build up I get that when I use to use those jiffy cardboard pots I wouldn't worry

Doesn't look like mold/mildew to me it looks like it could be salt build up. Your plants aren't in danger. For PM on the leaves of your plants I highly recommend Marrone's Regalia but you don't need it since you don't have that.

BTW spraying the sides of your pots with a 3% H2O2 solution won't hurt anything so if that gives you peace of mind go for it. BTW I have the same salt stains on my felted pots from my orchids. You can test by seeing if you can dissolve a bit of it with vinegar or if it feels crunch to you. Mold will not feel 'crunchy'.

It's fucking salt. Ignore the idiots giving you mold advice.

Mold would be forming on top of your soil before it ever began on the well ventilated, dryer outside of the pot.

Salt deposits like that are very normal and very common.

Here is a close up. It doesnt feel crunchy either
What is your humidity? I agree it looks more like mold then salt.

Edited to add:
(1) I'd transplant them from felted pots to plastic pots (pots that won't mold).
(2) I'd find out what the humidity in my room is and get it under 45%
(3) I'd make sure I had some Regalia on hand: https://marronebioinnovations.com/ag-products/brand/regalia/
(4) I'd watch their leaves like a hawk and since I bought the Regalia I'd spray them once now to be careful.

May need to get air around those pots. Looks like there maybe some dampness on the floor between the pots and the pots are setting on the floor blocking air flow. Plus the pots are dark.
Dark, damp, nor air flow.
