Been fighting a nitrogen toxicity problem and some underwatering, some idiot unplugged my lights for 40 mins assholes (the soil is wet but it starts to droop and I add more water then it's happy again) any feedback is appreciated. Do you think I'm behind on my grow or is it looking good

Also can I cut the lowest bud colas they are barely developed,a few white hairs I believe the plant would benefit from it with more energy for the top bud sites

I would prune the lower growth. Looks like CFLs and they don't have great light penetration. Also they look extremely underwatered, get some saucers for your buckets and feed at least a gallon of water.

It looks like your feeding it too much nitrogen. You see how those leaves are clawing down. Thats usually a sign of too much nitrogen. Another thing that can cause the leaves to look like that is having a fan blowing on the plant all the time. Thats callded wind burn.
Did you start adding a PK booster yet at around day 15?

Yeah make it hit the wall and and have the air circle around the plant. You want to look at your leaves and they should be dancing a little in the air. If they are bouncing around uncontrollably then that might be too much. Do that and see if the clawing clears up a bit.
