That’s not necessarily true, I’m definitely not an expert but plenty of masters would disagree with what you’re saying (in my situation)
I wouldn’t disagree with you but I also don’t fully agree, plus that’s how they get feminized seeds from what I understand ( Buy pollinating females with Hermes) i’m pretty sure I just stressed my plants out Which means that the seeds I get will be just as good as the original seeds I received

I know a couple pollen sacs already busted so there was definitely some pollen floating around.
At this point I’m just going to ride it out since my two best looking plants are Hermes
I know I must’ve stress them because I have a couple different strains (I think because of nute lock out) And at least one of every single strain became a herme
I am switching to super soil next grow though so I’m looking forward to that.
Really my only concern with the Hermes at this point is that I end up having pollen floating around that seeds all my crops from here on out, will this inevitably happen?

for one they dont get femmed seeds from hermis you get hermi seeds lol 2nd vostok is probley the only guy here that will give u a true answer lol

There is a bit of pyrethrin in the garlick oil stuff I use, It works great against the local type of mite

Think hes indoor, but I grow outside and inside and bright hunters moons have 0 effect on the bud. Moon light is pretty bright compared to zipper light and open air vents.

Means light leaks are overrated. Not saying they don't hurt but not so much. .

Agree, light leaks are over rated. Buy good genetics, grew weed on my deck for years in front of a window with a lamp on the other side turned on 24/7 never once got a hermie. I have lots of light leaks with my inside grow again No hermes...it's mostly a genetic issue.

Haha is harsh is it sounds. He makes sense though. A hermie seed will result in another hermie. It just all depends what your after. If you can't afford to buy some more seeds at the moment. Let it grow but me personally I'll go hunting on I.G for 1$ seeds. I know of breeders that do that

That’s not necessarily true from what I have heard. The clone will only become herme if put in the same conditions as the mother and if the mother was stressed by say a light leak then the next go around (with clones) will be fine as long as there’s no light leak. from what I understand

Look for a light leak. For more then one to herm you most likely have light in dark cycle.

I think it’s from a nute lock out and other stress, there’s def not a light leak.
If I made the mistake of stressing the plant then the clones from that plant will be fine as long as they aren’t stressed in the same ways right? it was three different strains every plant except 1 out of 8 seems to be herme.
The bud looks great so far but I definitely don’t know anything about where the seeds came from and How reliable the person was
(But 3 strains and just about every plant?)
