Lots of women voted for Trump, and women voted for the major party candidates- the ones chosen for us by the utterly undemocratic nomination process- in the same overwhelming percentages as men.

With that attitude yer defeated before you even begin. Over half of the new democratic congress is progressive, I would suggest you get behind HR1 for the next couple of years and become a fanatic about, it addresses many of your concerns.America ISN'T a Democratic country; it's an oligarchy masquerading as a democracy. We 'democratically' choose between nominees chosen for us by the oligarchs.
Just like obese people losing weight (another problem Americans commonly delude themselves about), nothing will change in America until we realize the basic facts of our situation.
You are "FREE" even to leave ?Lots of women voted for Trump, and women voted for the major party candidates- the ones chosen for us by the utterly undemocratic nomination process- in the same overwhelming percentages as men.
This is where you get called a corporate shill. With that attitude yer defeated before you even begin. Over half of the new democratic congress is progressive, I would suggest you get behind HR1 for the next couple of years and become a fanatic about, it addresses many of your concerns.
America is still a democratic country, flawed, but who ain't, don't be such a perfectionist, your vote and work count towards the outcome. America's problem is racism and tribalism that those you oppose help to foment and use against the country to maintain power.
Believe it or not ya gotta fight for freedom, it wasn't just the job of those who came before, but is everybody's responsibility in the here and now. Start by being part of the progressive wing of the democrats and going to where the sausage of policy is made, support HR1 and put pressure on all the elected officials in your life, indivisible showed the way and the results are now in the house of representatives.
Bernie lost fair and square. He said so himself.Lots of women voted for Trump, and women voted for the major party candidates- the ones chosen for us by the utterly undemocratic nomination process- in the same overwhelming percentages as men.
Look, eventually people are gonna be eliminated from most productive functions, we're talking 20 to 30 years into the future and just extrapolating current and past trends while looking at coming technologies. If you live in a free country most people will be on a national income of some kind.
Firearms will probably be banned in the USA within 30 years too, the second amendment is on it's way out you can see the ground swell building. The NRA is finished because they committed treason and is now bankrupt with much of it's leadership resigning in disgrace, criminal charges are coming for some of them at least. With in 6 years most of the states and all of the federal government will be controlled by the democrats and the republicans are going to be in disarray and divided, probably into two parties. Even in the south the GOP is in deep trouble.
Get on board with HR1 and get your country back in the hands of the real people, you'll be hearing a lot more about HR1, so will the republicans.
hey neo nazi pedophile,I see you are fluent in contradiction speak.
I'm a little unsure where to start on your target rich post. Let's go with "free country and national income". Aren't those terms in opposition to one another?
hey neo nazi pedophile,
tel us more about your great idea of a barter economy you retard
thats a neo-nazi conspiracy theory
Oh sure, thought you'd never ask. Well, it all begins when consenting parties make a willing and mutual exchange.
For instance you want a hamburger and you have some cat shit cured weed.
I want some cat shit cured weed (for a gag gift) and have a hamburger.
We agree to make a consensual exchange. You eat the delicious hamburger and are intensely satisfied.
I give out your cat shit weed and my friend's chagrine at the unpleasantly cured weed gives everybody a good laugh.
It's like a mutual orgasm, except this time you only have catsup squirting in your mouth.
It's the future and if yer young enough you'll see it. Do you think an unemployable majority of the population in a rich free country won't cause change?I see you are fluent in contradiction speak.

When the GOP and NRA disappear from the political stage, what do you think will happen with gun laws? If the government can constitutionally ban machine guns and artillery pieces they can do the same with automatic weapons. The intent of the original founders (real important to the right I might add) you know the originalist, conservative judges, was for single shot muzzle loaders, shit they can even restrict it to single shot flintlocks, no caps allowed and no second amendment violations either.
so a barter economy would be good for america and would not cripple us and reduce us into a third world country or anything
you're smart and do economics good, yes?
First question is fraught with presuppositions.
Second question is tempting.
Speech is not a physical thing, arms are (and are subject to legal definition) besides, speech is covered under the 1st amendment, a different thing. Interpretation is up to the SCOTUS and you'll have better luck with the second amendment among the liberals than among the conservative dead document crowd. This issue has yet to be tested by the SCOTUS, but it will be. Like I said, if the state can restrict the caliber of weapons and machine guns, they can do the same for not just automatic weapons, but for repeating arms as well.So free speech only included things written on paper from 1780 and didn't mean things written on a type writer or a computer centuries later then?

Yeah, the United States constitution, you should read it, but most of it is pretty boring stuff, dealing with division of powers and such. Can you show me where "interpretation is up to SCOTUS" originated from ?
the smart economics guy can't explain how a barter economy will benefit us all
