What sex is my plant? First time grow

Can you please help me determine what sex is this plant. Its 5 weeks and 3 days old. I'm using 400w mh with ocean forest soil. 5 gal fabric pots. Using GH grow nutrients. Also, should I start flowering it now? I am currently doing 19/5 light schedule.

It just depends, but like they said, it's too early to tell. The tallest one is ready but I would let the smallest one veg a couple more weeks so unless you got a separate veg area, I would just wait a couple weeks at least. Do some low stress training on the tallest one. That, or you could just use some sort of object as a stand to raise the canopy of the smallest level to the tallest.

I get the impression that the pics posted are female but am no expert on that.
Mostly I wanted to mention that if you want that big plant to slow down so the little guy has a chance to catch up is to top all the branches on it and pick off all the big fan leaves and it will slow down a little. It will still be the big plant in the forest but if you want a chance at an even canopy that might be an option.
 
I would get the little ones closer to the lights, leave the bigger ones lower and raise the smaller ones, top the big one, try to equal out the size as best you can then flip.

As far as sexing them it is to early to say like everyone’s saying.

I had to wait almost 2 weeks post 12/12 before I was able to notice something different, then once I posted my pictures here, wow, the people sure know what they are looking for! They were spot on 100%. In my case, I have 2 girls & 1 boy growing.

Still on the fence if I should pull my boy and have strong girls, or should I make a boat load of seeds for a perpetual growth cycle.

BTW, my seeds used were more than 8 years old, sitting in my desk drawer. Germinated in less than 7 days!

Most important of all, DOCUMENT everything you are doing with your grow, so when you decide to do it all over again, you will be able to understand how & why you did things in your earlier grows.

Pull the male if you want a perpetual grow get a mother or take cuts.
 
Thank you all! I appreciate the advise. I have raised my smaller plants so it can get more light. I am scared to do topping since this is my first grow. I will wait couple more weeks to switch to flowering.

Lol, yes, he/she did. Well I think they're tied down, not topped. Though, I'm thinking those ropes, it looks like, to tie down the plants will need to be adjusted. They won't hold the plant down. Don't worry, you'll get it, once you see how the plant responds to being trained. Really, the key is to start em young, like after the 4th or 5th node, is when I start it. Topping that is, not any low stress training or high stress training for that matter.
 
Topping is key at an early stage. Creates major bushy plants. If you did not buy feminized seeds you have to wait for flower stage to be able to tell.

I didnt top them I started using the bending technique. I also picked off some of fan leaves that were blocking the light to the new growth.

Yeah those ropes did not hold well. But they did help bend and give light to lower part of plant. I switched to flowering because if they double I would have height issues. I also switched my light from MH to HPS for flowering. Here's a pic as of today. Only 1 plant is still small. The others have caught up after bending them.
