Oh yea, grew 3, 2 really nice phenos. One goes purple crazy frosty n dense,..the other has a extraordinary frost level at 3 weeks of flower.
Buzz is powerful, can make me a bit paranoid lol dreamy shit, almost forgot I took a shower this morning type, harvested the 2 keepers on day 57.
15 to 25% amber.
Now got 4 Allen rifts regs, and 1 Blackwater fem. About to goto flower

Mine kept throwing new pistils, past 60 some days and I decided to cut too. It was more so the main cola's, closest the lamps as the lower buds were finishing up quicker. I enjoyed the smoke though, and I found the exact same thing as you did. It started off mild, and then I'd catch myself off dreaming in my own world. Stand in a room, and go completely brain dead lol.
The longer they cured, the better they became. Never did find it hit me in the body all that much though, must have been more sativa leaning then indica. I grew out some Alien OG last run, and that is some great smoke to.

I was just thinking earlier how it reminded me of good moonshine, how it goes down so smooth it makes it easy to drink to much before you know it.
The ghost og is same way like you said starts off mild in a way. Lol
that TN kush I grew while back was alien og and alien dawg X hawgsbreath. I like all the aliens usally. This alien rift is supposed to be impressive from ocean grown seeds.
Yea I got a nice scope and seen ambers hitting early, so I knew she was gonna keep throwing whites.

Man I tried taking some cuts of the ghost, but I haven’t had any luck cloning at all. None of them rooted. Thinking about getting a cloner for next round. I can see why people run packs , to find keepers as one of my ghosts yielded much better then the other.
I can’t grow in the winter months as I grow an uninsulated garage. Have plans to build a 6x6 or 7x7 sealed room this winter though and possibly going hydro. Thinking either ebb and flow or rdwc. Getting sick of hand watering every day or every other.
Black water, is that Cali conn?
I’m very torn on genetics to run next. It seems seed prices continue to rise, and I question if there is any need to fork out 150-200 bucks a pack, when I hear good reviews on stable genetics for 50 bucks a pack. Is the quality of them elite strains worth the $$?

Most time what people are paying for with alot of the elite genetics (breeder dependent) is the "golden ticket" so to speak. In a pheno hunt. Other breeders like ocean grown 100% stable line ups that are well worth the money, dude you can do like im about to do and buy a pack of hindu kush, those seeds look lile clones, perfect for breeding.
As for cloning ive had 100% success rate with no light, no soil, my family has been taking plant cuts for generations. And the old tried and true way is to, take your cutting...immediately put in water, place in window seal, if its in the winter months, after sun goes.down put in any room with light on. With no hormones you should see roots in 2 to 3 weeks, with hormone usually 7 to 10 days
And yes thats cali connection. I havent payed for seeds in years btw lol

Edit: about being sick of watering so often, if you use the soil just as it is out of bag with organic feed you only gotta water once a week brother. I do this often.
I won 1st place outdoor auto grower of the year 2018, so now im a offical product tester, ill be getting free seeds to test for next 2 years bro. And if you keep completing the battles you can test more expensive goods like lights and rosin making machines.

I love Dungeons vault genetics as well. All my phenos were dank rock hard nugs. But theyre one of the more expensive ones.

I checked out a lot of DVG, pricy as you mentioned though but look like solid genetics. I actually just picked up some cookies n chem, and Sundance Kid fr GP at an auction over the weekend. Won’t be poppin them for another month or two.
Going to run Cookies N Chem first I think. Going to pop a bunch and look for the strongest mom. Haven’t played around with clones much, but will take the advice on it. Thought about building a 5 gal cloner, to help the rooting process.

Ahh man, I was looking at copper chem to last weekend, during the auction. Missed that one thou, at a pretty good deal I must add. There’s a lot on there I’d like to try, but finding the time is another thing.
Have you run Sundance Kid ?
From the bit of searching I’ve done, it seems SDK can be finicky, but we shall see.
Next pack I pick will either be copper Chems, or something from Topdawgs lineup.
I haven’t popped many reg seeds, so this will be a little different for me. If I was to Scrog I will either need to take cuts from each plant to sex, or forget the net this grow and pick the males when they show .. or even better , keep a good male to make some seeds. Time consuming little hobby ain’t it wha lol.

Definitely time consuming, when I first started "buying" regular seeds I kinda tripped on getting or finding all my females asap. But that was stupid, I first vegged em all for a bit then switched to flowering to find females then revegged.. not a good method.
I now just start 2 extra seeds and grow them all out. Instead of 4 fems, I grow 6 regs.
Now that i am for real getting serious about breeding im.hoping for a male. Lol

Loving these test grows haha more.free seeds.Naw I haven't even got the sundance kid, I got a alot of thiers tho, think ill run the Bruce banner cross and the bodega bublegum next cycle. I grew doc holiday b4 the ghost og. It was pretty nice, my fam is growing the clones out now lol
