Looking good for your first LST! Plant looks healthy and compact, that's good. Looks a little stressed (Twisted and Curled leaves) but probably just is looking for more light and recovering from the fim. No burnt tips so your feeding is on track. All and all your off to a great start!
What light you using and what nute line? Also helps to know the strain

I had said earlier in the thread that I would start a new page for the actual competition, I see no reason to do that now, don't know why I would want that to begin with. So we will just continue with his thread through till the end.

Also thinking about Dawg's Comp. Do we need to correlate start dates for "Plants in Cups" as I now notice that some members plan on using the mystery meat seeds in his comp also? I haven't been following his thread or his rules to see what conflicts there might be. I hear he is a stickler for the rules and I do not want anyone to miss out on their chance to win one of the sweet LED's he's got on the donation table.

@Opie1971 Have you compared rules for conflicts, Last I checked you are competing in both, Thoughts?

Rules are pretty much the same except we are using ANY lights here and can have as many holes as we want in the cup, that's about the only difference I think. And yeah, we are good here, no need in starting a new thread since everybody already knows where we are at.
I'm ready to rock n roll, just say "when".

I’m doing both, but running a different strain for Dawgs. Rules are slightly different ie: amount of cups allowed, Dawgs is LED only, Dawg only allows one hole in bottom of cup, etc. But fairly similar and if you had a LED, you could easily run both competitions side by side. Just have to be able to read and follow directions.

Good, then I won't worry about conflicts if little to none exist. Thanks for the input guys. For everyone doing Dawgs Comp also - Good luck to you all

I’m running the mystery meat seeds in dawgs comp and like people said there shouldn’t be any conflict sucks though cause now I can only use two of my moded cups

Thanks James. I think the leaves look like that cause I was pretty much violating her for an hour and they’re definitely searching for light. I’m using my ghetto setup for a couple more months until I save enough for my bloom room.just like my setup my ferts are ghetto hand me downs and leftovers. My grow so far is like my brain, cheap and messy lol. It’s just bag seed I had. My sisters bf gave me some seeds but none of them popped but my bagseed did. Lol. He’s a real douche! I’ll post a link to me setup in a second. Here’s some pics to get an idea!

So is anyone running not training manipulation or anything just let them grow cups? I will have two cups with 1/4 “ hole in the bottom and two with modifications. I’m going to do one of each. For the comps so I have a 50/50 shot of getting it. What are you all doing????

I'm going to keep two pretty vanilla hoping for a female control subject. Then I have a couple of experimental hail~marys I'll throw in. {EDIT} Hail Mary Janes...

I wish you the best of luck man.
Just try to keep your plants healthy-rule #1. Your plants won't always do what you want them too, when you want them too.
Pay attention to the phases that the plant is going thru, and adjust accordingly, (this is where you can easily ruin plants, especially if you have plants at different stages of growth. They won't be needing the same food,change gears when your plant changes from veg to bloom.
I have noticed that some plants stand out from others, even plants that are sisters. Pick the one with the biggest stem (at the top), it'll take you a while to notice this, it did me too. These are unique plants.This plant will make a bigger flower. Lots of plants won't act the same, to the same treatment/environment.
