Just use a can of the stuff they spray in shoes at the bowling alley. should kill anything, safe for feet.

Yeah it does. Kind of a contradiction to what they put on the label. If it has a warning not to use around food crops it doesn't make sense that you could smoke the stuff. I've never used it. But looked it up and found that warning on the label. I haven't had PM, bud rot, or bugs for years so I'll just keep doing what I've been doing. But if others find value in the product and want to use it on a consumable crop that's their thing. I'm going to avoid it due to the warning on the label. I've found that they put as little as legally possible on the labels for these types of products so if it's there it's because they have to put it there. They can get away with making statements on the website because it isn't scrutinized by various agencies that have to approve the package labeling.

The MSDS has it listed at 3 Severe Hazard for health http://www.physan.com/uploads/4/7/1/3/47130233/physan20_msds.pdf

I think Im safe using it for walls and floors. Don't plan to eat them anytime soon.

that shit is lysol...read the ingredients, they're the same

Not exactly the same but both lysol and Physan have some of the same ingredients and do the same thing. I wouldn't use lysol either but it is much cheaper than physan and I definately wouldn't smoke it after it dried.

I didn't think you were spraying it on your buds. I just like to know what is in products i use or may use. Usually I end up not using them.

i don't think so, those kinds of things break down quickly, and are usually water soluble, i'm sure there'd be little to no trace after a few days of exposure to grow lights, and repeated dilution from watering

i wouldn't worry about it...if you have to do any more cleaning, just take the plants out of the area while you're doing it, then put them back after about half an hour, to allow any residue to dry

I was cleaning the area out after my last grow in preparation for the next one, also any advice on how to clean grow bags? Ive give them a rinse in the bath but a couple of them have a slight smell coming from them now theyve dried out not sure if something else had caused that but im now paranoid about re using them... think i might have to buy some new ones

i wash mine off with a hose, then soak them for a few hours in a 5 gallon bucket with some soap. then i rinse them out and put them in another bucket with some light bleach water for another hour or so, then i let them dry, without rinsing them out again. been using the same ones for almost 4 years now....some of them look a little rough, but they keep on holding together....
