is this sign of over watering or nutrient issue?

the plant on the left you can see that one big fan leaf the edges are kinda curling inwards. the leaf tips are not really curling downwards or drooping except 1 leaf tip is curling downwards.

i suspected the curling was due to heat stress but i am unsure if it really is heat stress or simply over watering. i water then 1gal for all 3 plants every 3 days. was doing an experiment to see if it would show any affects and so far this. i feed every watering as well nutes is at 1/8th strength supplements is at full strength. i think supplements are way too strong and using them way too often.

i get NO run off don't have PPM meter to check. what are your thoughts?

You should get the electrical outlet off the floor. Plants look fine, I think the one on the left is putting out fat indica leaves that will become monster in size. Prior to being monster leaves, they will have some wrinkles and curls and these straighten out as leaf gets bigger.

yea i gotta move that shit for sure. the issue is that plant had straight leaves to start with but then curled up. i raised the lights maybe 5 inches today so im going to see what happens i think it's a light issue though and everywhere i read they say it's a heat stress issue i mean i look at my temps they are the usual but like i said i don't really move the lights up as they grow i wait off every 3 days to do so even though im kinda risking it keeping them strictly at 18inches for 3 days and letting the plants grow into it. my temps are on the higher end 83F right now can't really do much to drop it but it usually stays around the lower 80's

i had the same issue few days ago but the edges of the leaves were all curling up slightly it wasn't too bad. seemed to go away but this one looks more drastic so im trying to see if it will go away or not. i run them on 18/6. im probably going to drop my supplements down just in case though. i dont think it is over watering though because this is the 4th watering/feeding so why no signs of over watering if it was over watered? thats a whole 12 days i would think they would react faster to an issue like that.

idk if the left one is gonna be indica still confused on wtf indica and sativa are i mean i can kinda tell as they get older but not early on. i thought the right one would of been a indica because from my last grow i had indica dominant plants and they grew just like that one. slower then the sativa pheno and stacked.

All 3 are indica or indica dominant hybrids. You can tell by the leaf structure, fat width, sativas are long and skinny. If I zoom in all the way I can see the raised edges on the older fan leaf. That is what heat stress can look like, but it will tend to display all around the leaf, and especially at tips. So unlikely to be heat stress unless you have no air movement and have a very localized hot spot. I'm guessing you have a fan on the them and it could be a wind burn type thing, whatever, it isn't an issue. Def. not overwatered. Quit stressing so hard, you are putting out negative vibes that your plant does not need.

i have an air purifier as my fan XD it's stationary so i bounce it off the wall to hit the plants but they lightly swing around i need to invest in an actual fan though thats probably my next investment but shit is so expensive here at the stores even for a cheap ass one it's around $100 at the least. unless i buy a bunch of those 8 inch clip on fans but i have nothing to clip them onto.

also yea i thought so too but with my outside plant it grew just like that until it got bigger then the leaves started to thin of more like a sativa which is strange. the other grow is blue widows which states is a indica dominant hybrid this one is strawberry cough which is supposed to be the opposite.

maybe i just dont know wtf indica's and sativa's are supposed to look like XD thats my next research project i guess. and naw im not really worried. just trying to find an answer because everywhere i look people say different things and to me the only thing that makes sense to cause this issue is heat stress. trying to actually upgrade to an AC unit to drop my temps by 10 degree's but can't figure out a way to take the exhaust out of the grow closet without cutting a hole in the doors. im using my actual bedroom closet to do so thats why can't be cutting a hole in the door plus i'd be exhausting all that hot air into my bedroom making my balls sweat.

yea i don't water to run off. im experimenting with a no run off watering technique to see what happens. my theory is if i feed little and water to no run off the plant will use up the extra nutrients in the soil left behind due to lack of run off. thus i'd be feeding little but constantly and never really upping the dosage. if they get worse over time though i might just water to run off but yea so far they seem mostly okay.

i was watching some lecture about AN nutrients and the guys said they contain no salts or something like that so they don't get salt build up but just in case im using the sensizyme every watering kind of like as a flushing agent basically. just fucking around with AN and pro mix and watering differently see how it turns out. i seem to be getting the same results so far though but it's always in flowering. trichome production isn't amazing and leaves seem to be dying rapidly then they should be but both previous grows are outdoors so different environment and issues

I think in about 2 weeks you will start seeing burnt leaf tips because the concentration of nutrients will become too high. Time tested method seems to be 20% run through followed buy the dry down period. Good looking plants though so I’m sure you got it figured out.

yea possibly took about the same amount of time in my last grow which i tested with nitrogen toxicity. that was full dosage though based off the bottles instructions with run off and feeding every other watering. come to think of it i will likely need to be watering more to run off regardless because the bottoms dont seem to be getting saturated enough so that means the bottom might be dry so the roots won't likely grow as deep. going to try it out next watering and see how much water it takes to see run off. probably going to PH it as well to make sure PH isn't off.
