LMFAO, where is the referee? Did they knocked him out right away at the beginning?
I was waiting the whole time for the spectators to run also into the field and get into the fight, LOL!
End result: 64 : 111 ( ...knocked out teeth, hehe).

It's so obvious that you aussies are descended from the english. Had my best fights with them ... they "always" getting up again .. even if it should better for them to stay lying on the ground, lol!

Even worse, many of us are descended from the Irish and Scots. Some of them - like me - are a mix of everything Gaelic, Anglo and - haha - even a bit of Boche. Now there's a stubborn race! ;)

The referee is probably having a laugh with his mates.

The one thing American sports all have in common is they have to invent all this protective equipment so they don't hurt themselves even before they step out on to the field.

Like I said, real men don't need helmets and shoulder pads, and shin guards and hip guards and crotch guards and knee pads and elbow pads and . . . Jeeze, the list goes on.

Have you guys invented anything yet to protect your hurt feelings? :P
NFL you get guys colliding head on play after play. Rugby is more about angles, guys trying to run each other down. Big hits are few and far between.
NFL lineman are smashing against each other every play, linebackers are colliding with fullbacks TE's and pulling guards, WR's are getting their dicks knocked into the dirt. Safeties are human missiles launching themselves against anything with wrong colored shirts.
Rugby guys should run directly at each other full speed five times in a row- then decide if they wish they wore pads or not.

You have a typo....s/b “...so they can do maximum violence to opponents, when they step on the field...”

You, of course, ignore other great american sports which are not about violence and require less offensive/defensive armor, like baseball, basketball, etc...and sports of other origin which minimize armor, like boxing, track, cycling, swimming, golf, etc...

Ah, is that why they need three chances to hit the ball? And what's with all the little girls wearing gloves so they don't hurt their nail polish?

Real balls are hard - like cricket balls (not those "soft balls") - and real men catch with their hands, not leather pouches.

Real men also play a game that lasts five days - yes, five days.

Baseball was invented because cricket was too hard.
Real men...play a game named after a disney insect....wearing polo helmets with windshields....boring the shit out of each other for days on end...

And now you are the nicest guy...

Okey dokey, now the friendly banter is over, time to get back on track with the thing you are all interested (and I'm guessing its not me, so...)

Fitted up the Influx H_L09 to the ally heatsink which came pre-marked for the dumb Kiwi, just waiting on the silicon to cure holding the WAGOs on then I can wire it up.

I couldn't find a decent manifold for the reservoir distribution system so time for a bit of team Black Magic ingenuity (Mr Bernoulli would be proud of me), I went with a 3/4 retic riser to keep volume up and flow distribution even and drilled it to 3mm and ran a tap (10UNC24 thread seems to be ok) through it so I could screw my 4mm connectors into it.

Prawn as much as I like your nut feed system all the hoses and connectors just is not my style, no spaghetti junction here bro.... I know you will want something similar so for a small fee, yes I can.....:bigjoint:

Ah, but mine's flexible ;)

Here's a Bernoulli thought: Doe the Static Pressure decrease because the Dynamic Pressure increases, or does the Dynamic Pressure increase because the Static Pressure decreases?

I knew you would have some smartass answer.

Its my baby set up so I shouldn't be moving anything till flip if your tuition is suitable. The next thing is you will tell me is it needs to be versatile for different age groups.

All right then I may consider making 4inc long manifolds with 6 ports for next time.

SAME

FC

Fuck, then you will tell me it should be a perpetual set up.
Can't you just condense the notes to an A3?

It’s tough enuff understanding kiwi and aussie “english”, now you blokes start talking Bernoulli?

Haha! I actually like what he's done. The mistake is to add those 4mm barbs to a flexible 13mm hose, because what happens is if the 13mm hose gets moved around, it flexes and opens the 4mm holes that the barbs are tapped into and causes them to leak. You can add silicon around the base of the barbs, but it tends to pull away from the rubber hose after a while. If you add too much silicon, it can also break away inside the 13mm supply line and block the feeders.

A rigid pipe is the best answer, IMO, to preventing leaks. I was only teasing him about it not being flexible. ;)

Which brings me to the two reasons why I have installed a recirculating sprinkler in my reservoir: first is to recirculate and aerate the nutrient solution each time the pump comes on; second is to provide an air vent in the line to prevent nutrient solution being siphoned out of the tank if a feeder line falls out of a pot on the ground, or the main supply line develops a leak. If the supply line leaks, and it is below the level of the water line inside the reservoir, it will siphon out on to the floor.

Bernoulli has lots of applications in hydro. :)

@themadprofessor

I knew I finally got something right!!
My offer still stands (even tho you like teasing me) if you want something similar i.e. 4 x 12 inch with 4-6 ports each lemme know while I'm set up as I have a heap of retic gear from when I put my bore in.

I like the 3/4 rigid riser as a nylex tap connector screws on the end and I will be able to use quick connects - for your f#$@ing flexibility :bigjoint:

Anyway, I digress, so this little sucker will be going in my new cabinet, 960 x 600 x 1700.

King Prawn you mentioned that I will only need to run it at about 120w but now my cabinet is a bit bigger (for 4 maybe 6 plants max) I may need to run a bit harder - do you know what the ppf conversion from lux is? ~ 60000? I think I need to get around 400ppf during veg.

What sort of height will I be running the lights above the trellis- 18 inches and then adjust driver or a bit higher and run harder?

Cheers cuzzy

Ps we down 2 zip to the curry munchers in ODIo_O
