Yes and as he stated he doesn't smoke cannabis, he's only in it to poison the end user and based on the look of his product those are kids who don't know better or adults who can't afford better. He's the poster child for a rapacious black market.

If the pics were just a glimpse of this 190oz harvest, i assume you have a pic of at least one non disaster?

I reckon it's from the PGRs. That weed started as a dozen or so seeds back in 2012 and went about 20 generations of clones, then I was moving cities so I did the old "Bruce Jenner" on one with colloidal silver, made seeds and started up again last year. Of all those 20 or more generations this is the first run with PGRs and the first time I've ever even seen bud rot. I reckon it's just from lack of air circulation due to the density.
