Yep sure, this is how i did it. Im sure theres many others who do it better and are much more experienced, but ill gladly share with you what i did
Once plant grew 6 nodes i topped it. This was day 17-18 from sprout
I waited 4-5 days to let the plant recover from the topping before i started LST
I began LST by tying just the very top of the plant over to one side.
Every day, little by little i tightened the wire and bent her over further until eventually the main stem was almost flat to the pot. This
allows all of the new growth to begin shooting up after the original topping.
I waited another week and by then they were ready to be topped to the 3rd node on all the side branching.
Keep tying stems down and out away from the middle. This is when i kinda started shaping the plants and keeping the canopy somewhat even and allows all the smaller shoots to reach the canopy.
I kept tinkering with the ties/stems until i was ready to flip them. Tying some done further, releasing others, mainly focus on keeping the canopy flat.
PICS:
#1 & 2 couple days after topping and the day i began LST
#3 10 days later just showing how ive pulled everything away from the middle
#4 showing just how much the main stem was bent over at the base
#5 & 6 showing another round of LST, sprawling everything out and keeping the canopy flat
#7 Last real round of LST before flip
#8 shows just shows how much they filled back in within 24 hours
#9 canopy shot few days before flip
#10 heres the girl the day before flip, this is the plant i showed pics of at the beginning and of the stem bent over etc
heres a few pics....nothing like a tutorial from growweedeasy but it may help you visualize it a little better
