I thought I had read a few dozen pages back that a Visa merchant has a limited amount of days to provide a service for which you've been charged.
Probably a slim chance of recovering my money but I'm still going to try

I love that idea. They charge day one and then don't do a damn thing for 60 days, there should be a class action on that one. But I agree, slim chance when dealing with the state. Probably quietly passed a law somewhere along the way.

I was able to print out a provisional certificate paper with my numeric identifier. Going to get a hold of dispensary to see if this is what they need. Applied online 11/7/18!!! I will post whether successful or not. Check your online profile at dph to see if you too might be able to do this... seems the star ran out of stamps now too... lol

I don't think that works. I just got my approval printer down letter in the mail yesterday and I applied 11-6 yours should be here this week.. maybe today check informed delivery

Mail application received 11/16
Check cashed 2/6

Does anyone know how long it will be until I receive either my card or the letter(for access if the printer is down)?

usual wait is around 14 days after check is cashed..ur almost there..i am still waiting from oct 19 but my app just got approved..im waiting on the mail every day

hey did ur enevlope say do not forward on it?can u possibly take a pic of the envelope?im wondering cuz im sick and not at my own house..i stay by my caregiver an hour away but got my mail being forwarded here..just want to make sure it doesnt say do not forward! thanks

So I had this show up in my provisional registration area...I was super excited, called Phoenix Botanical and they said a bunch of people had got this form with just six digits and no QP code...Phoenix Botanical said they were making contact with the state...An later my provision registration was empty again, like it didn’t even exist. I saw the same thing this morning, and now it is gone.

Did you notice they were only giving us nine months of usage...My expiration date said October of 19 before it was taken down.

I thought the same thing, but got my temp (card) letter in the mail today and the date is based off your approval date (or date the print letter/card) and not the date you saw on that page. When I first saw that page I got so excited I ran to the dispensary just to be told that wasn't the paper I nneeded.To my luck, two days later I received the temp letter!

That looks like the cover page it says to print out and include with correspondence when you apply online, and if you didn't print it out there was no way to pull it up again.
