Some facts about the border fence. None of the land is actually designated for building the wall without running over land rights and migratory bird sanctuaries. It's a 14th century solution plunked down in the middle of modern America. I don't think it's going to happen. Protests and court challenges will stall it until the 2020 clock runs out.
