Stunted/Mutant Growth?

Need some input on this/ 3 weeks maybe 4ish veg

Soil:FFHF/Canna COCO 50/50
Temps/75-80F
RH/50-70
PH/6.3-6.4
Strain/Bagseed
I can kinda come to it being bad genetics because of the instability of bagseeds but some input would still be great. Thanks [/ATTACH]

Haven't topped or FIM yet, I will look around my tent for insects. All the other plants look great. No problems just this one

Dont worry about this type of thing is common overall for young plants. I bet in 2 weeks you wont even notice it anymore an it will be a totally normal plant again

Is this plant lagging behind the others?
I have a runt in flower that I decided to grow out. Wish I had thrown it out and started a new seed, it's maybe going to produce 1/2 (probably less) of what my other plants are.

It's high N. Been seeing a lot of this lately. It's pushed to max before a burn. Causes deformations. Nothing bad. Just FF.

You can top it. It won't focus on the retarded growth and will push the side nodes out much faster.

I'll see how it goes for now, the runts are a trail & error for me at the moment. First grow so I want to make sure I'm feeding and watering right
