why does My Rollitup subscibe to everything

nearly every thread i post in it auto subscibes and i only want to subscribe to certain threads. whats the deal?

It subs. to any that you reply too... well mine does..maybe you have to go to the options and check there ???

go to your settings. You can make it do what you like. Turn off where it says its going to send you a message every time some one replys. There are a few that you should turn off. I find the subscriptions kind of hard to keep organized.

I think there should just be a button that says subscribe if you want to and then you could just organize them after you subscribe. There is a subscribe to thread link under forum tools. w/E

It's just the way it is ... When you reply to a thread, it's assumed that you are going to post in it again, so you are automatically subscribed. It really doesn't bother me ... I'm currently subscribed to 300'somethin threads because I rarely unsubscribe to threads. If I do, all it takes is a little click. No big deal. But it's also no big deal to be subscribed to them, because it's not like they are in the way.

I just looked ... and you have to go in your 'Edit Options'

Go to the section : Default Thread Subscription Mode

Choose the option : Do not subscribe

Although you do wanna be subscribed to certain ones though huh .. There might be an option for that too... heh... Check it out.

Yeah, you go into your subs. daily and delete those of no interest.. It's a better way then trying t find a thread.. As said above you turn off the notification ....

then when you wnt to subscribe to a thread, click thread tools / subscribe to this thread
