My Indoor Vegetable Garden Glog

I ended up scrapping the Roma plan. Other plants went in place of the Romas. Things changed in the veg tent, and I had to move the garden tent. I kept everything else and ended up going to organic soil, and I'm going to no till. I had everything in coco, and that was a pain. It went great, but was a lot more work than just spraying with water.
The Tom Thumb and Romaine lettuce turned out good.

Since I had to move things, I warmed up an old light I used to use. These cheap led bulbs veg very well.

The peppers are almost done drying. Everything else got eaten :(

I have also planted everything that I used to have in separate cups in one container.
Starting new here are:
Basil
Cilantro
Oregano
Parsley
Tom Thumb
Radicchio
a Roma
a Cherry Tomato
Radish

We pick the Tom Thumb as we need it. Good thing it comes in super quick. There is a lot going on in the above pic, but doesn't look like it.

Soon it will be time to start thinking about spring, the outdoor garden and having things ready to put in it come April/May. I really like using these tubs, I'm going to use a couple more for my starters.

I had to move the garden tent because of renovations. Sadly, I don't think I will have it up again until next fall, but I'm going to run this tub along side starters later, then move outdoors, and then back in, so it will be back.

Flowers are coming, too.

plants look nice. is that a tub for mixing cement you're growing in? if so, do you like it? i was thinking about buying a few from home depot to use as drain pans for dtw coco.
It is a concrete mixing tub. $12 at Lowe's and HD, Lowe's is thicker.
I love them. This one I drilled holes in the bottom of, and it drains into a pan, but I mainly use them as drain pans for DTW coco in my veg tent. Two fit in a 4x4 great.

Awesome thread man, cool to see someone doing what I am attempting on a smaller scale, hopefully I can up size sometime in the near future, at least indoors that is. I have enough room outdoors to keep me occupied this year. I am currently really limited in space indoors, but am utilizing my two small (2x2 and 2x2.5) tents in my room to grow kale and spinach over the winter months. I will just grow starter plants a little closer to spring, but since I moved states and don't want to grow weed in this state, I still wanted to continue the hobby of gardening however I could. Only difference is I'm growing in some organic soil mix I made and don't use nutes at all. Pretty much water only with a kelp/coconut water/fulvic/neem/aloe tea of some sort once every two weeks.

Wish you the best of luck this year in the garden sir and would love to chat about anything gardening as I am still new and learning from people like you and others around this forum and elsewhere. It's been a fun ride so far and wouldn't be trying it if I didn't have these great sources, so thank you for that.

Thank you. I really like gardening also, not just growing weed. Horticulture is my main hobby.
This tub was my entrance into organics. I amended it and am doing no till. I've been using tap water right out of the garden hose.
My outdoor garden will be a lot of fun this summer. The only part about it that is not fun is this is the year I am taking a huge tree out. That will then really let the sun hit my garden all day. I was going to do it last year, but you know how that goes.

Haha, I can imagine that tree removal won't be fun, but your radishes look great though sir. Since getting into gardening within the past few years, it definitely has become my most time consuming hobby as well. So many different things to learn and try makes the "work" almost as rewarding as the end products. The whole no-till/organic soil techniques is such a cool thing to tinker around with. Plus, knowing where and how your food was grown is so appealing considering a lot of the alternatives.

I'll have to take some pictures and learn how to post them on here tomorrow so I can get some advice on how I'm running things if you wouldn't mind checking it out.

the pictures below are of the two little tents I have going. the aloe plants had a rough transfer when I moved a few months ago (had 15-20 degree temps for a 12 hour ride in the back of a u haul, then sat on a shelf for a month before they went back into the tent). they have recovered well now though. I'm going to put a couple two gallon smart pots in that tent and grow out some chamomile and fenugreek/clover and see what happens in this 2x2x4 ft tent.

there are roughly three to four varying size kale plants in each 3 gallon pot, three pots total in the 2x2.5 ft tent. i'm thinking after I harvest through these ones, I'm going to try and grow like 6 plants in individual 2 gallon containers. have a couple scarlett kale, spinach and blue kale starters soon to sprout hopefully, some others already rolling.

let me know what you think or if you have suggestions for the little bit of extra space I have.

Started a couple more projects, I'll try to keep the non mj related stuff here. Also doing starters this weekend for the garden. I'll update later this weekend.
