Need led advice

So I'm busy and can't really spend a ton of time researching but maybe those of you with exp. Can help me.
Currently I run a 1000w hps in a 4 x 4 tent. Looking to replace with quality leds that will give me similar yield to what I'm running or better?

Cost not an issue but I don't mind budget friendly kits either.

Keep in mind, plants like 27-29°C air temperature under LED. Look for 500-600 watts in a 4x4. COB's, strips and boards all get it done, I like strips for their excellent distribution of light. 3000k-3500k is the most popular color temperature.

I don't have time like I stated. And I was hoping to get some helpful experienced messages. To save me hours of research I could be spending tending to things more important.

Airwalker is crabby, he has been for about 3 years since he stopped asking questions and started answering them.

If you want a fair increase or at least similar yield, I recommend running cobs or boards at around 36w and aiming for 35w/sqft. As far as lights go, most meet at around 25w so its a question of which is cheapest. You could run LEDs at 50w for a similar yield. You need around 35w/sqft to compete and it's always better to take advantage of efficiency and spread

Ok, lets try to make this easy for you
If you are in the US:

Top of the line but will require some hanging height due to its intwnsity (or you can dim down). If you really dont have the height: buy 6 of these: https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/products/qb324-with-slate-2-single-combo
And a driver: either hlg480 or hlg600 if you feel like a bit extra power. Run each board a little softer than the 4 boards of the hlg550 in order to get less hanging height.
If you arent in the US going the china/alibaba way for easy DIY gets more and more attractive.

@Rocket Soul, I have a new HLG550 and was wondering what hanging height and power % most people use to start out. I'm in early veg at 28" on about 75% power. Are there any guidelines that you know of? I'm thinking of going to 24" at 100% soon and trying that for full veg and flowering.

Dont have that light myself. I know its really powerful. It also depends on how hard you drive your vegg. We couldnt use anything like that with our strains. Id start at 3 feet, 75% and then keep lowering an inch or 2 at a time looking for sings of unhappy plants. Keeping temps and humdity up. Or even from 50% power. It depends more on your plants than the light.

Our cultivar veggs at 10000lux / 100w around 20 inches above but shes a finicky bitch. Make sure you get your environment right and read up on vpd to know what to do.

Id use leaf temp 1-2 degrees under ambient.
