Small indoor run. Thoughts?

Strawnana, Hades OG, and Blue Dream.

The one in the back that looks like an experiment is the Hades i feel she is doing well. Its what i came up with because she had a pretty nice stretch into flowering. Smells very strong and gassy.

Smaller one is the Strawnana, she is packing on some weight everyday though for being a smaller grower. When you get close she smells very much like bubblegum with a small undertone of strawberries.

Lastly the Blue dream, always showed signs of being a early stacker. Very rapid growth with very little attention needed. Love the way it buds and also the smell . Sweet blueberry pie.

These plants are all in the early part of week 5.
Wondering if it was week 5 or 6 is the swelling stages? Anyone care to chime in on that. Thanks for looking. 20190221_003029(1)~2.jpg 20190221_002947.jpg 20190221_002931.jpg

Looking good man, I think I've read week 6 is when they really start bulking up, not real sure tho.

Best of luck the rest of the way

Looking good. Will be interested to see how the Blue Dream grows as it's one I want to try. Just curious, what are you using for a light(s)?

Thanks for the positive words, I'm excited of course as they are a few weeks away from finishing. I think swelling might end by the end of week 6 or so. Its different per strain i believe.

Blue Dream is a fantastic strain to have in the garden. Very easy to maintain and also not very needy which is a plus. Plus Blue dream is a classic . I currently am using a 600w hps light for flowering. All of these ladies were vegged under a 320w high output cfl 6 bulb.

Sounds good. I just want to keep all the aromas i can and to make sure the flavor is there. But im 85% sure that is depending on how it is cured after cut.

I do have a question regarding the length of the grows. So these plants are for 8wk flower cycles. What if by the 8th wk the plant is still mostly green? I heard if you cut it while still greenish you will get a hay/grass type smell or taste because it was cut early?

Trichomes can tell you a lot. Remember tho that trichomes are always being made so you'll always have clear. You want like 80% milky/cloudy 10-15% Amber the rest clear but that's my opinion everyone has a preference. If you have more then one plant experiment with different harvest times. Always check more then one cola and if one plants done that doesnt mean the others are even if they are clones from the same mother. Just let them rock out until they are ready. Patience is all I can recommend. For me the curing process is increasing the aroma and taste slightly but Im still early in my cure.

That is very true. I am going to look into getting a scope so i can keep a closer eye on it. Which zoom do you need to actually see the colors?
