flowering with t5

I am in a time crunch (maybe) reason is irrelevant but I have to leave town for 10 days, May 6. I have 5 Gorilla Zkittlez ready to go into flower but my flower room is FULL. perpetual and the latest crop is late. (joys of perpetual). SO can I start the flowering, 12/12 under the T5's for hopefully no more than a week? I know i CAN but should I?

I have 4 stages in my flower room. I have had the finisher run late, and in order to not back up the assembly line too much, I've stuck the "due" plant in the middle of the room, to sorta start the flowering process on time. Even with just overlap light, they start flowering just fine.
I see no reason the T5 would behave any differently.

Throw them under the T5 and start flowering. You can get different light spectrums for T5's as well. I have both 3500k and 6500k lights for my T5. But if they're just going to be there for a week it doesn't really matter what spectrum.

Right on I'm doing the same just set up a smaller veg tent with t5 and my flower tent has the 600 hps
Sounds like we have the same grow setup. I have a 4 ft 4 bulb T5 in a 2 x 4 tent for veg and then a 4 x 4 with a 600 watt HPS for flower. Works like a charm. The T5 is great for vegging. It's got to be the high output bulbs though.

Yeah man so easy to keep temps and humidity with the t5.....how do they like the transition from t5 to hps haven't done it yet do you keep the lights higher at first

Keep the lights high doing the switch and have a lot of air moving. Lower the lights gradually over a few days and you will be fine.
