Which one is better? Keep in mind the Timber has a $400 delivery change and the Rapid is free. Chilled Logic 5' x 5' kit or the Timber Fatty VS. For some reason I can't post links.

You're way off on the shipping. There is no way Timber would charge that type of money for domestic shipping. I could be in orbit on a space station and have Timber ship it to me cheaper.

Timber shipping is nowhere near that price. My light is traveling 3000+ miles........shipping was $32, I got a coupon code from Rain Dan that knocked $25 off that $32

think the code was TIMBERIG .....all in caps

The Fatty should be closer to $100

Timber doesn't offer free shipping. But it's no where near 400 bucks to ship a 20lb light in a plain brown box. At most should be 30-40 bucks. And thats still a little high.

Quality is likely similar, Timber's rep (Dan) is here at RIU a lot. Their guarantee is rock solid. If you can get that shipping down to a reasonable number I'd get Timber.

Which are better? The Chilled Logic 100w pucks V2 or CREE CXB3590 COB?

CXB3590's are killer cobs but no longer the most efficient, if you aren't sweatin the utility bill they are great lighting.

Lots of guys here gravitate to HLG Quantum boards....they are super efficient. Another option for ya, I know u are after quality.

I don't know much about Chilled products.......Rapid LED makes great lighting too. Amare is another hi end brand.
