I agree.

He's been in jail since June 15th of last year, and you get double time for time served before trial and sentencing, so right now he's already served 16 months.

So even if he gets the 19.5 years, he'll still not be eligible for parole until he serves right at 14 years (time served already plus 85% of the sentence) so he'll be 84 years old when he's first eligible. That's a stretch, especially in prison.

If he gets the full 24.5, fuhgetaboutit.

My feeling is , an inmate will get to him

Yep. If he had simply kept his word on the deal, he would have gotten 8 years and been home in 5.

No, I don't. I just know how things work. I see it, literally, every day.

It takes on average 2 years to bring a murderer who has no money to trial. Do you really think you're going to get Trump into trial that fast? If you do, you're delusional.

I'm thinking it will be at least 2 years before he's even charged. After that, it'll take another 3 to 5 years just to get him to trial. Manafort will in all likelihood be dead by then. Quite possibly Trump as well.
 
Last week Mueller filed four sealed indictments to the courts. Who they are for and for what charges will come to fruitation soon enough. I'm thinking he's going after Don Jr. and Kushner.

He still has a great many sealed indictments. Only the Mueller team knows who they're all for. I'm pretty sure a good many are more Russian's. I don't think we'll see as many American's charged as we hope.
 
I worked for the Texas Department of Justice - Corrections. A nurse at the West Texas Regional Medical Facility. I laugh hearing his lawyers pleading his age and health. When the geezers get so old they’re hardly dangerous they’re assigned another old geezer in a wheelchair. Push him everywhere. They die inside and most are not capital cases or even murder.
