Dry herb vape recommendations please

Probably wrong part of the forum so sorry for that

I want to try vaping full time, been off the stinkies a while and not enjoying joints etc the same now.

Having a look around I came across this https://m.fasttech.com/p/9624184

Theres multiple choices and tbh they mean fuck all to me
I have a mod and tanks I use to vape nicotine fluids now and wanted a tank or whatever its called for vaping herb and maybe some DIY concentrates (bho etc)

Anyone with experience or knowledge able to help this newbie decode the mystery of this please :dunce::mrgreen:
If you've experience with these kind of tanks I'd love to hear your thoughts on the one(s) I've mentioned and whatever you've used yourself.
Having used a mighty for a while that I borrowed from a friend I'd love to get one but can't stump up the money needed right now for one.
How do these tanks compare to real vaping machines like the Storz and Bickel Mighty?
Thanks folks

Ghost MV1 is fantastic vaporizer but a little expensive. I also really dig the Davinci IQ which is much cheaper.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll go have a look. Have you tried the mighty or crafty to compare them to?

The mighty is great too but has a high price point too. This guy is the guru of dry vapes his channel is worth a look if you're into youtube videos. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjyoKv-9Eed3pgNqij7TSRg
Champion, thankyou.
I'll give em a look but I had been wary of you tubers since buying on a recommendation to find out the product was garbage and was a paid promo (before the days that they had to declare that)

This guy is completely unbiased and doesn't get paid by any vape companies to give garbage products a positive reviews.

Brilliant. It's hard to know who to trust without watching a ton of videos that's why I asked here.
Hopefully have a new vape heading my way soon.

Thankyou doesn't quite cover the time you've saved me

Yeah can cost real money real rapid lol.
I'll be getting a volcano or similar for the house but can't really spend a lot on portable vapes due to the price of house units

I'm a heavy user and I can't stand the thought of batteries being flat that I can't just replace on the fly. This leaves me with only one winner, the Boundless Tera.
I'm on my second unit after a warranty issue. with the 1st one, which they replaced without arguing. It comes with a 3-year warranty!
It has a pipe type mouthpiece, a glass mouthpiece and a stepped one that can be assembled to be male or female, to use with bongs or bubblers, all included in the box as well as 2 industrial quality 18650 cells. Internal USB charging is perfect, I checked the charge with my D4 Charger.

You can use all the gear from the mighty in it too. The grinders, the capsules, the keyrings, the works... plus there are awesome aftermarket glass and wood mouthpieces too.

Alternatively, if you are interested in using butane there is also the Dynavap series and the Lotus that gets high praise.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Do you guys know how vaporiser tanks for vape mods compare to actual vaporisers?
If I'm spending a couple hundred I'll probably go with a volcano for the house and suffer till I can afford a proper herb vape like the mighty etc

There are only two good ones as far as I know.
I'll post if I remember the names

Edit, even better, I remembered and found a vid

If u plan on mostly solo vaping weed I suggest the Arizer Solo 2. Its all glass pathway gives you access to ALL the terpenes in the bud, and it hits well. Can vape small nugs without breaking them up. Great battery life.

If u session vape with others, passin it around Storz + Bickel "mighty" is not beat.

Boundless Tera would be my 3rd choice. It has a decent size bowl, its mostly CONVECTION not "conduction" vape. Meaning in between your pulls off the bowl it does not continue to burn, not until your next hit. Can swap out batteries in this.

Best taste---> Arizer Solo 2

I own these 3, also a Pax 3 and a cheapo I bought at Fast tech. "HERBSTICK RELAX" is the POS vape I bought from FT. Avoid this, its garbage.

Definitely a few choices.
Ive still a few vids to go through that Delztronics suggested but I like the look of a couple especially the splinter and dynavap

One of the recommended videos that came up was for making your own vape fluid. I've never tried this but did buy some not too long ago, I can't say I was overly impressed as it didn't hit the spot no matter how much I vaped.

Is that normal for fluids?
I couldn't get stoned at all just "relaxed" lol

I run cce
The option I chose: SILO plus CCELL. I got mine from Hamilton Devices. For distillates (which are what I use) it's a great tech. I've retired my dab rig.

I run Ccells in my everyday vape, would this mean I could just run extract (bho or similar) through my normal vape?
Im using the vaperesso NRG SE tank with vaperesso 0.3 ohm Ccells

I'm not sure. I don't know how quickly (if at all) BHO will foul the coils. The CCELLs are notionally disposable, but I'm a cheap bastard and get as many uses out of each one that I can. With dewaxed distillate that is four and counting ... haven't tried a less processed extract.

I use a digital Volcano at home and a Pax pen when I'm on the go if I haven't packed a joint. Sadly I prefer joints. Your thread belonged here: https://www.rollitup.org/f/medicating.114/

Anyway

Thanks for the heads up on the correct place, I'm still finding my way lol

I used to roll a few before going out but a few weeks after giving up on tobacco I struggle like hell with anything that's not a vape.

I tried manning up but got fed up scraping what was left of my lungs off the floor after the coughing fits:spew:

I'll be going for a volcano at home but can't afford two products at once atm

Edited to add:
I thought about the medicating forum, although I use cannabis medicinally most of the time it's recreational. I figured that forum was just for the medication part.
Having said that I do have a thread for there, thanks again
