Need a no BS straight answer please?

hey guys, so I am quite new. I have some decent plants going but I am trying to create a cycle and I can’t seem to get my seedling success rate high and they are always so stretchy. Would you mind give me the follow answers

1. What kind of dome should I buy
1a. What kind of light should I buy
2. What kind of medium (rockwool, soil, etc)
3. What should be the target temp and humidity
4. How long should the lights be on
4a. What kind of airflow we needing here and how do I get good flow under a dome (how do you do it?)
5. When should I move them under my 250watt cfl (I keep my babies here while my others flower using hps)

And lastly can I get it all from amazon

1a. What kind of light should I buy - dont get a dome that comes with a light. The light sucks and causes the stretch. If your using cfl, then use the cfl on them as well.
2. What kind of medium (rockwool, soil, etc) - up to you.
3. What should be the target temp and humidity -
4. How long should the lights be on - 18/6
4a. What kind of airflow we needing here and how do I get good flow under a dome (how do you do it?) - they are only under the dome for a couple weeks, if that. You don't really need to worry about airflow under the dome.
5. When should I move them under my 250watt cfl (I keep my babies here while my others flower using hps) - start them there

And lastly can I get it all from amazon - yes.

I just put seeds in solo cups, no dome or anything an get pretty good results if the seeds are good.

You don't put dome's on seedlings. That's the easiest way to kill them. They need fresh air. If they streching then the light is too far away.

1A. Any fluorescent will work, stronger seedlings like better lights Ie...2 foot T5 with four bulbs
2. Soil and peet media is the easiest to hold a mother plant and requires less maintenance
3.I never let my seedlings concern about humidity after all I am attempting to harden them a bit as they grow but light air movement helps, you can always mist during light off periods
4.24/7 or 18/6 either will work, I like a little dark cycle
4A. a tiny fan is fine or a larger one deflected a bit , you just want them lightly wiggling LOL
5. If you bought that t5 I mentioned you could wait till flip but you want at least three nodes before hitting them with full sun
and finally yes Yes you can find it all on Amazon
One important point , don't kill them with too much kindness, it is a weed

They stretch. I fill the pot half way, and add soil as it stretches.

@Herb & Suds thanks for the easy answer. I ha e a couple questions.

1) my rent has a separator to do what ever I am keeping my mother under a 200 watt led on left side . Mom on bottom shelf. If I put my seedlings on far left side under a t5 (these seedlings will be above the led light im using for my mother) Is this okay . Good? Or will the seedling get to much light bc the led in same tent?

2) is there a good LED you can recommend for seedlings (less heat and all?)

Stronger light makes them stretch less, you need more
Tent should be fine and like partial soil with room to add soil to strengthen stem is good

I do the same thing for my seedlings, only that I have to use rockwhool for dwc. The t5s are perfect for seedlings.
