IS THIS ROOT ROT RDWC

Just chopped my first RDWC crop and it is shite buds so airy and leaves burned up. Had PH drops constantly.

Is this root rot.

Nope. That's roots that the water level wasn't kept steady on and stained from nutrients. Older roots in RDWc get Cordy like that.

ya the carrots coming from the net pot tells us about water level,roots look good.
Your harvest could have been any number of things,genetics play a huge roll.Dont beat yourself up ,learn and move on.

You won't have ANY DOUBT in your mind whether you've got the root rot or not if you ever do happen to get it.
It's very apparent and stinky.

i'd agree with these 2 guys. doens't look like rot to me.

my roots are even darker from a seaweed/humic powder that i use.

Would this be because my water level was to high (It was nearly half way up the pots). There was no real bad smell.maybe slightly pondy

Doesnt look like root rot as everyone has already stated; just nute stains. What you can do is get some beneficial's in there which break down dead organic matter (dead roots) and convert it to food for the plant, it should whiten them up. As for airy nugs that can be due to a factor of things such as genetics, temperature, nutrients, and or photon density.

Nope. See how your roots have "body" and hold themselves in position. If you have some shit, they would be like limp noodles.
