@LondonSeedCentre - Just watched 'The Dirt' last night with my wife. We've been married for almost 12 years and I just found out she is a huge Motley Crew fan. It was entertaining and did a good job of portraying what it was like to be a rocker back in the 80s. The heroin addiction couldn't have been more graphic. I particularly liked how unruly and untouchable they seemed, but yet were just as vulnerable to life as any of us. Definitely endorse as something to add to you list, it's worth it.

Two legends at work. Jupiter holds the Fastest Known Time for the Florida Trail, set while hiking the Eastern Continental Trail {4800 miles}. John Z is co-owner of Pa'lante Packs and an up and coming film maker. If you have half an hour to invest, this is a really good film. It documents Jupiter's failed attempt to Yo Yo the PCT last year.

 
I'm currently watching High Maintenance. It's about a NYC weed dealer that delivers on a bicycle, the complex and colorful stories of his interactions with clients, as well as a peek into their private lives without him. It is really different - the writing is inspired, the acting is relaxed and realistic, and the pacing and direction keep your full attention. Plus, most of us can totally relate ;) Recommended...
