He didn't ask me to return packs either. I gave him the order number and he responded with a tracking number and apology.If Rado had asked me to mail back seeds in order to get a replacement (not even a refund) he would've lost a customer.
In turn, I ordered 8 more packs.
My post wasn't meant as a dig. Hopefully its not taken that way. Its just constructive criticism that I'd like to think benefits everyone.
