It is definely female as far as I can tell. This is my first time with a high CBD low THC variety. Is this normal? The normal looking bud is of the Lemon Zkittle next door.

The bottom pic is a bit odd.
Thanks for the reply Bookush. Yeah it’s the bottom one that has me concerned. That one is CBD Plus from Dinamed. Growing it for a friend. It’s supposed to be like 30:1 CBD to THC. Basically no hairs at all.

Its probably just a little slower to begin flowering. It takes some plants longer to transition from veg and actually start to flower. Its all in the genetics, just give it time.

Here are the best pics I can get right now of my dinafem Bubbakush CBD. Its advertised with average of 15% cbd 5% thc. Mine are about 26 days into flower, about 5 days ago my larger plant looked like it was going to be a hermie and then two days later it was looking fully feminine, now its clearly female.

Just give it a few more days you should be okay, if no pods and not pistils it just hasnt matured fully yet. (I think) sorry 12 bags deep on the vape

Ill take better pictures tomorrow during lights on

Ok guys big lesson for you here. FLOWERING does NOT start at 12/12 flip!!

Flowering begins once the plants begin to form flowers. When you flip to 12/12 it takes time for the plants to go through the transition phase from veg to flower. Counting that time as part of flowering is totally arbitrary and will not represent the true flowering time of the plant.

Different genetics, and environments will drastically effect the amount of time it takes for the plants to transition, as well as the length of the actual flower period.

Agreed. But 18daya is plenty of time to get into flower.
I’ve never had a strain take more then 7 days to start shooting pistols.

Well it can take anywhere from 7-21 under normal conditions. But if you have messed up conditions it can take longer. I have a clone I've been running for years at this point, that normally takes about 7-9 days. This winter I was fighting some crazy cold temps, and it took over 20 days for flowering to commence.

Genetic maturity is another major variable. You can run plants 12/12 from seed, and they will still take 6-8 weeks to begin flowering because they aren't mature yet. So depending on how long the OP allowed the plants to veg for its possible the genetics were less mature, or that that specific strain/phenotype will take longer to transition.

It definitely looks female btw.

I know this thread is old but hoping someone can advise me...

Im growing Dinamed CBD plus outdoors, and one of them is flowering after only 3 months of Veg and we have just had our summer solstice (southern hemisphere) . Does this sound a bit odd to anyone? Dinamed CBD plus as we know is a photoperiod so shouldnt have started flowering until about 2 months after the summer solstice.... ?
