I bet you will get better yields from the 300 than the 800 and if not the same but not less..The space is big.
1100plants, 300 were defoliated.
The mistake was done because i have new worker who took advice from other ex worker who showed him some online tutorial how he did it(photo). But this new guy over did it anyhow...
I did not reveg since i was scared it might cause addional stress, the plants are recovering now, i would be satisfied if i get 50% yield...

The second picture is from a non pruned plant. That started the same time.
I use the "if it is shading a bud" rule. If it covers a bud or can make a bud get better, cut it off.
While not a huge difference that's data. Did you notice any difference in quality or bud density?At the end it wasnt too much of a difference.
The ones that were defoliated turned out 588g per lamp.
The others were 630g per lamp.
