I'm gonna be frank! Holy hit are these the bee's knee's for denim lovers. This had been an education in Levi's jeans brands. I do wanna grab maybe one more pair of NC oak cone run of 501s........truly an American icon and great pair of jeans!

I've made this post before. Drive down I94 before you hit the cities, Albertville has a huge strip mall. With a Levi's store. If the chick behind the counter wants to fuck you, you will get an employee discount. ... I had errands to run.

To me the 501s have a fatal flaw ... the fly uses snaps. That is like an unadmitted temperance manipulation. Drunk me so very much prefers the zippered 505s. Operable even two pitchers in. THAT is PROGRESS.

I pay like $16 for Wranglers that last me 2 years crawling around cars, welding, yard work, etc, etc. Ya gotta be a little touched to spend $150 on jeans.

Relaxed fit. Lol.

And if they get paint or polyurethane on them I just laugh and wear them for yard work.

I had a couple pair of Jordache back in the early '80's when I was young and cruisin'.
Wasted money.

They're just jeans.

I was going to spend the $80 on those Deluth trading firehouse jeans after hearing how indestructible they were. Then I started hearing their quality went to shit. IDK how true it was but I'm not taking a chance at that price. That's like 10 years of wally whorl jeans.

Since I've taken up hiking, I rarely wear jeans. They can weigh over a pound are not wicking.

Carhartt makes jeans in the 20-40 dollar range. I have a pair of the heavy duty work pant, not the jeans. I wore a hole in the knee 19 years ago when I was riding the pine tree planter. The packing wheel rubbed against them for three days. Other than that, they are as good as new.
